VALLEY VOICE was formed in 2010 and is a 4 part mixed choir, we have around 30 members. Most choir members do not read music, the main requirement is to enjoy singing and socialising with local people. We are a non audition choir. Musical director Debbie Smith already runs other choirs in the area but as a member of the village community this group is special to her. The approach taken in preparing songs is to make a quality sound but to have fun in the process INTERESTED IN JOINING? We rehearse on Tuesday evenings from 7. 30pm until 9pm in the Methodist Church room in Corby Road, Cottingham.
Our current repertoire is wide ranging from recent chart hits, The Beatles and traditional African American pieces.
