Vanessa also knows how to motivate through understanding and being able to find ways of getting the best out of all who attend her classes. Vanessa experienced health and fitness background, fun nature and boundless energy makes her friends with everyone she meets a talent and ability not shared by everyone and something she should be very proud of.......

Wow what an inspirational lady Vanessa is. Love her energy, motivation and positive attitude. She greets you with warm and friendly welcome. Lovely studio with lots of glizt, cool lights and atmosphere.

Vannessa is as crazy as a box of frogs, and the energy and sense of fun is inspiring and motivating. Awesome classes, amazing people, lots of fun, whilst working hard to look good and keep fit. Best fitness classes I have ever been to. xx

Vanessa's boutique fitness studio really impressed me because it is clean, tidy and spacious - I cannot wait to return in October for my masterclass. Keep up the good work!

Vanessa is helping me to overcome some fitness hurdles. I'm starting in the Gold classes and Vanessa is amazing. I can take the classes at my own pace whilst still being challenged. My fellow keep-fitters (not sure what the technical term is?!) in the class are also amazing - so welcoming and kind. It was a big deal for me to join a class and I'm glad I've joined Vanessa's fitness factory. Totally recommend to anyone of any age.

Vanessa is a highly motivational fitness instructor with many feathers to her cap. An excellent variety of classes all high energy, high calorie burn and above all lots and lots of fun - if you haven't already then get yourself there and have some fun!!!

Vanessa has a natural ability to make you feel comfortable. No matter of your ability, size or age you feel welcome, she knows exactly when you need a push. You always leave feeling better than when you arrived and always have a giggle. I have tried a few classes over the years and all are very good. Vanessa is one on her own and a very real person, she not only teaches you very well she does the classes along with you.

Really enjoyed my 1st yoga session tonight. Vanessa was extremely welcoming and made us feel very at ease. She caters to all abilities and if you find something difficult there are easier ways of doing the moves.

Can't wait until my next session next week!

I have tried a few classes at Vanessa's and I have enjoyed them all. As a 60+ female who ( due to illness) is unable to do certain exercises ....I assumed my days of exercise were over ...how wrong can you be !. Vanessa adapts her exercises to suit the individual and she makes them fun. I feel better about myself now and I feel fitter than I have in years . Thanks Vanessa you do a brilliant job �

Highlight of my week. Vanessa is very motivating, friendly and she makes the classes fun. Would recommend it to anyone. Gets you fit whilst having a laugh. Much more effective and enjoyable than the gym. Give it a try you won't be disappointed :)
