Venue 5 is the ideal place to go for food drinks and the staff are very friendly.

I highly recommend this venue and keep going back. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and we have never been disappointed with all of the above ! 5* all the way. Keep up the good work guys ����

Yesterday me and my friends were at Venue 5 for the Roma vs Liverpool football game and all I can say is what an experience! Not only was the match a true showmanship of football, the food was exquisite. The service that was provided by the staff including the manager was outstanding. I would highly recommend Venue 5 for anyone looking for a fulfilling experience and a truely amazing dining experience. Thank you once again to everyone at Venue 5 and I will be coming back very soon!

I had my son Lori celebrate party last week, they did a fantastic job on the decorations, lighting of the hall, staff was really good servicing food on time and the food tasted amazing. I would really recommend this place they look after you and all my guest really enjoyed themselves.

Had a great experience, good fun, the cocktails were amazing as was the food. Big group of us were well looked after and will be going back for my friends birthday in a couple of weeks.

A fantastic restaurant/bar with awesome cocktails and the yummiest food. Staff are truly friendly and attentive. Friday and Saturday club nights are real good fun, had a lot of fun nights out at V5. Also booked the banquet hall for private functions on a few occasions and have never left disappointed, everything is handled with perfection and I have never had any stress at all. Superb management and team with great attention to detail and communication is great all the way through too. Nothing is hassle for these professionals, I would not hesitate at all in recommending V5 to others. Thank you Sanjay and team for looking after me and my family with every occasion.

Dear venue 5, I raised a complaint in early Jan, with you, regarding the service we received during our attendance at your Christmas event on 23/12/17. It was below standards promised.



I choose to raise this privately via an email, and in return received an email that assured me that would I be contacted. Sadly several weeks have now lapsed, yet the matter remains unresolved.



I have to say whilst this is not surprising it is a poor testament of your ability to resolve matters in a reasonable manner.



V5, appear to make promises they can’t keep. I recently tried to call the manager Sanjay, but he claimed was unable to take my call as he was sleeping!!



Really appalling service.

Booked a table for 9 people couple of weeks in advance, spoke to them twice prior to the day to confirm all good, then again even on the day to say couple of people will be running late and they never mentioned we only had a two hour slot, Complained to the floor manager who said he tried to call back couple of times but we didn't have a miss call and when asked if he left a voicemail he said no. Hmmm well he was abrupt and not even apologetic. On arrival we had to order starters and main all in one go and then they served an extra dish and argued that we had ordered it! A great girls night out turned into rushed dinner followed by 45 minutes standing at the bar waiting for another table. The service was practically non existent, we only managed to get ONE more cocktail in once seated again as waiters rarely pass and when they do they fly off (one cocktail didn't even arrive as the waiter gave it away in error), by 11.30pm we'd had enough and left sober and the service charge slapped onto our bill was a joke, when it didn't exist. SO many other venues that have better customer service, especially when you arrive and advise you want to make a night of it and then get treated poorly and leave way before you expected. Such a shame as I've been here for a Mehndi Party in their function room and was wonderful.

Booked a table for 40 people few months back for my mums 65th Birthday which was last night, was told we can have the place till 9 as we had kids and that the venue turns into a DJ night so they not allowed to have them there which I get, but there were kids in the gone past 10.00!!! Week before the party I got a call for confirmation and got told we need to be out by 8.15/8.30 latest which was really upsetting as this was a party for 40 people! When we got there as we had pre ordered the starters we were rushed to seat down and they bought starters out.....we had 2 tables and the staff just seemed to serve one little area and the other table we had to keep passing the food! The same with main my family and guest were just rushed to eat, if our plate was empty the plate was gone not even able to go for seconds, the food was lovely and that I can never fault hence why I wanted to take my friends and family there, but I was just embarrassed as the 2 hours went quick and rushed!!! The thing is my mum will only turn 65 once and she is an amazing women and we as her children wanted to do something lovely for her but it was ruined and we won’t get that time back! Had they told me that we only have a short time then I would have gone else where.....but a weeks notice for 40 people is hard!!!

Food was nice but your customer service is shocking we paid £75 service charge but the service was definitely not worth that!! FEELING VERY CHEATED!!! Will have to find somewhere else for my dads 70th 🙄

The door staff were extremely rude and intimidating, after I spoke to the owner about the situation he made a very weak effort to recitify the matter, which I was extremely disappointed about. The customer feedback is the most important asset a restaurant should value, yet our feedback was totally ignored!! Avoid this restaurant like the plague, they are overpriced, poor customer service and the food is substandard.

Guys want to share our nightmare experience with 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝟓 (𝐑𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐩).

We need to ask everything multiple times but still not getting things. During 2-3 hours we were not served water even after asking multiple times. We order few drinks and salad with food but never got them but that was there in the bill.

When we pass the feedback to manager she just removed those items. When we pass the feedback to one of the Owner then he become abusive n rude. He said we can buy reviews n don’t care about reviews. He use really bad language and don’t want to listen.

Never had any such experience in life. Will never go again.

After reading your responses to reviews and how personal friends with the owners speak to people who post their reviews, I would never step foot in your establishment. I would rather give my money and time and respect to someone who respects the customer than pompous arrogant owners.

I had my son Lori celebrate party last week, they did a fantastic job on the decorations, lighting of the hall, staff was really good servicing food on time and the food tasted amazing. I would really recommend this place they look after you and all my guest really enjoyed themselves.

Had a great experience, good fun, the cocktails were amazing as was the food. Big group of us were well looked after and will be going back for my friends birthday in a couple of weeks.

A fantastic restaurant/bar with awesome cocktails and the yummiest food. Staff are truly friendly and attentive. Friday and Saturday club nights are real good fun, had a lot of fun nights out at V5. Also booked the banquet hall for private functions on a few occasions and have never left disappointed, everything is handled with perfection and I have never had any stress at all. Superb management and team with great attention to detail and communication is great all the way through too. Nothing is hassle for these professionals, I would not hesitate at all in recommending V5 to others. Thank you Sanjay and team for looking after me and my family with every occasion.

Dear venue 5, I raised a complaint in early Jan, with you, regarding the service we received during our attendance at your Christmas event on 23/12/17. It was below standards promised.



I choose to raise this privately via an email, and in return received an email that assured me that would I be contacted. Sadly several weeks have now lapsed, yet the matter remains unresolved.



I have to say whilst this is not surprising it is a poor testament of your ability to resolve matters in a reasonable manner.



V5, appear to make promises they can’t keep. I recently tried to call the manager Sanjay, but he claimed was unable to take my call as he was sleeping!!



Really appalling service.

Booked a table for 9 people couple of weeks in advance, spoke to them twice prior to the day to confirm all good, then again even on the day to say couple of people will be running late and they never mentioned we only had a two hour slot, Complained to the floor manager who said he tried to call back couple of times but we didn't have a miss call and when asked if he left a voicemail he said no. Hmmm well he was abrupt and not even apologetic. On arrival we had to order starters and main all in one go and then they served an extra dish and argued that we had ordered it! A great girls night out turned into rushed dinner followed by 45 minutes standing at the bar waiting for another table. The service was practically non existent, we only managed to get ONE more cocktail in once seated again as waiters rarely pass and when they do they fly off (one cocktail didn't even arrive as the waiter gave it away in error), by 11.30pm we'd had enough and left sober and the service charge slapped onto our bill was a joke, when it didn't exist. SO many other venues that have better customer service, especially when you arrive and advise you want to make a night of it and then get treated poorly and leave way before you expected. Such a shame as I've been here for a Mehndi Party in their function room and was wonderful.

Booked a table for 40 people few months back for my mums 65th Birthday which was last night, was told we can have the place till 9 as we had kids and that the venue turns into a DJ night so they not allowed to have them there which I get, but there were kids in the gone past 10.00!!! Week before the party I got a call for confirmation and got told we need to be out by 8.15/8.30 latest which was really upsetting as this was a party for 40 people! When we got there as we had pre ordered the starters we were rushed to seat down and they bought starters out.....we had 2 tables and the staff just seemed to serve one little area and the other table we had to keep passing the food! The same with main my family and guest were just rushed to eat, if our plate was empty the plate was gone not even able to go for seconds, the food was lovely and that I can never fault hence why I wanted to take my friends and family there, but I was just embarrassed as the 2 hours went quick and rushed!!! The thing is my mum will only turn 65 once and she is an amazing women and we as her children wanted to do something lovely for her but it was ruined and we won’t get that time back! Had they told me that we only have a short time then I would have gone else where.....but a weeks notice for 40 people is hard!!!

Food was nice but your customer service is shocking we paid £75 service charge but the service was definitely not worth that!! FEELING VERY CHEATED!!! Will have to find somewhere else for my dads 70th 🙄

The door staff were extremely rude and intimidating, after I spoke to the owner about the situation he made a very weak effort to recitify the matter, which I was extremely disappointed about. The customer feedback is the most important asset a restaurant should value, yet our feedback was totally ignored!! Avoid this restaurant like the plague, they are overpriced, poor customer service and the food is substandard.

Venue 5 is the ideal place to go for food drinks and the staff are very friendly.

I highly recommend this venue and keep going back. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and we have never been disappointed with all of the above ! 5* all the way. Keep up the good work guys ����
