Visiting from USA quickly discovered that NFL (American football) was not promoted at local pubs or desired like the local Premier League/soccer (football). THOROUGHLY excited that this pub accommodated our request to change their cable stations to include our playoff game in which my Pittsburgh Steelers were playing the Miami Dolphins..The food is also delicious as I would recommend the tower of Onion Rings - yummy! Thank you to all....

Thank you for providing my family with the perfect place to hold a birthday meal. I booked a table which was easy and straightforward to do and upon arrival, Staff were friendly and welcoming and went out the way to make the whole party feel special they are a credit to the pub. Service was 5 star and above what was expected from the night . Thank you

I planned my mums hen do at the vineyard for last night & it was amazing! The staff couldn’t of helped anymore then they did! Decorated the table for 19 of us, bubbly on the table when we arrived && lovely food, at such good prices! (Even for the vegetarians). Thankyou so much, especially Natalie, and the man who decorated the table for us! �

Hadn't been in the Vineyard for about 3 years and it's still as good ,very friendly and efficient staff ,great selection of drinks ,place very clean.

Another great meal,had last night the battered halloumi was delicious.Food served promptly and by very poilite friendly staff.cleaness was of a good standard with all tables looking very clean. Will definitely be coming back for good value food in a friendly atmosphere.

A big thank you to Ben and his staff. We are a group of ladies about 25-30 of us that meet every Wednesday here for our Craft and natter group. Last Wednesday we held a Macmillan coffee morning here and they kindly Donated lots of cakes. A total Of £125.00 was raised. Thank you to all who made cakes and the generosity of all who donated

Went for a mother's day meal, had booked in advance and table decorated when we arrived, plus free bottle of bubbly. We had roast and it was very nice, cooked well and good portion size, dessert was also lovely. Very reasonably priced and friendly, polite staff.

We had lunch at Vineyard on Saturday and the pub was busy. When our food arrived, we sent both meals back; the sausages were rock hard and the burger was burnt and the chips were warm. The staff apologised and after a reasonable amount of time - we received our food and this time, the meals were lovely. We will return as our complaint was dealt with and to our satisfaction.

We had a family meal out here & it was good price & we were happy with our food, the bar staff were v friendly too 😊 Was also happy they had a gluten free menu, just wish they had more gluten free desserts to choose from than just ice cream.

Only went on for a drink on a Sunday evening & it was almost empty.....but it was really nice. The barman that was on duty was lovely & even changed the TV channel to allow me to watch the America Football �

I was very disappointed with the over all service this evening. The place was not particularly busy however it took 50 minutes for our food to be severed. During our meal I noticed that the picture behind me had a shard of glass sticking out of the picture. My husband went up and told the waitress she said she would be over. We continued to eat no sign of any one coming over. At the end of our meal we asked the manager to come over. The waitress came over saying the manager could not leave the bar in addition my last chicken wing was under cooked. She took the shard of glass out however other bits of glass where lose and said she would let the chief know about my chicken. On leaving there was no customers at the bar so why could the manager not speak to us. As I was really unhappy leaving broken glass around I did let the bouncer know as we left as I did not want him having to deal with any incidents due to the glass.

staff very nice but food disgusting,had nachos,missing topping and extra topping paid for was small and looked awful,main course had to be returned twice as well done steak still had blood coming out ,ended up burnt and charcoal on outside still raw in middle,curly fries with topping which consisted of a couple of small pieces of bacon,cheesy garlic bread had no cheeses,had to ask them to add it ,they said it had melted but i explained that if they looked at it there was no cheese on it at all..........left most of meal as was totally uneatable wasted £30 on food unfit to eat will never waste money there again.

You need more staff on a Saturday night!! How does it take 45mins+ to get a drink!!?? Maybe spend more time training your staff to look at who's been waiting instead of serving the people near the till!! Sittingbourne isn't a massive town... huge let down!!

Went there yesterday to watch the rugby with 4 mates who had travelled from Sutton surrey.

The Beers were muchto be desired as in I have tasted a lot better and when we ordered the food I think they made a mistake and gave us portions from the childrens menu.

Won't be going back.

Went for a family xmas meal out , orderd the steak / chips and Had to wait 1 hour. when it finally came to my table the staff member looked embarrassed to hand me it due to it being very small and disgusting. Told him to take it back and make me another one. Then waited a further 35 mins with no sign of it so got a full refund. The only thing the staff did well was handing my money back. Poor service and bad food.

Went for Christmas meal ordered our food had to wait over hour for it to arrive my other half had to send his food back then he waited another 30 mins for it in the end he got a refund I also had to wait 35 mins for two bowls of children's ice cream which both only came with one scoop each very bad service will not go there for family Christmas meal again

I'm sat I here now. My lager "shandy" was 2/3 lemonade and barman told me he'd have to charge me to top it up with Carlsberg... NOT impressed. Then I ordered a jacket potato and asked for them to put loads and lloads of butter on it. Jacket arrived cold with about 10 baked beans on and yup, you guessed it, no butter. So peed off and won't be coming back.
