VISION UK is the umbrella organisation which works in collaboration with partners across the eye health and sight loss sector to deliver positive change for blind and partially sighted people
Vision Uk Description
VISION 2020 UK has worked with the UK Vision Strategy and England Vision Strategy teams to form ‘Vision UK’, a new collaborative organisation to increase the work with partners from across the eye health and sight loss sectors and beyond.
Our mission is to improve lives through significantly increasing priority for eye health and sight loss amongst individuals, organisations and society at large.
We will involve private, public and voluntary organisations to: improve the nation’s eye health; address avoidable sight loss and invest in medical research to address currently unavoidable sight loss; join-up eye health and social care services; and promote an inclusive society for all.
