Offering soft tissue injury rehabilitation, deep tissue and remedial massage therapy.

Sports therapy Initial consultation and treatment, 1 hour 15 mins £65 (Including exercise rehabilitation and nutritional advise if applicable).
Follow ups 45 minutes £45 60 minutes £55

Pre/post event massage 15 minutes £20
Sports therapy massage utilises specific techniques such as Soft Tissue Release, Myofascial release, Neuromuscular techniques and METs to stretch and obtain maximum performance and physical conditioning whilst reducing pain and aiding recover.
Deep tissue massage involves firm strokes and pressure to relieve tension from soft tissue, focusing on deep layers of muscles, tendons and connective tissue.
All treatment are prescriptive to the client, offering relief from a wide range of muscle, tendon and ligament injuries from back/ neck pain and repetitive injuries to injuries such as whiplash, plantar fasciitis and Osgood Schlatters to name a few. Treatment available for under 16s, however must be accompanied by an adult.
Treatment provided by Sports Massage Practitioner who has been in the fitness industry for 17 years, qualified with BSc (hons) Sports, Fitness and Coaching degree with first class honours and ITEC Diploma in Sports Massage.
