It's no secret that singing makes you feel good and it's not just a placebo, there's a real science there. It should be prescribed on the NHS for those who are suffering/recovering from mental health issues IMO. Contrary to meds, whether it works or not it will DEFINITELY do no harm #singing #singingtherapy #anxiety #depression

Superb Vocallective session last night. I cracked the whip(!) but we learned four new ditties/rounds for the British Museum gig as well as staging/runs of five other songs. A newbie on a taster was so impressed and signed up on the spot! “Vocalisers” will recognise this 😉

Vocallective are back tonight. Two rehearsals till our performance at the British Museum on May 4th. Interactive songs for the museum visitors to join in and our own classic repertoire. To perform in the Great Court will be an honour! #diversity #museum #museumforall

Fantastic news. The Vocallective Summer Showcase (working title 😉) is confirmed. Friday 5th July at 7:15pm, at the Westwood Theatre, Sydenham High. Tickets will be on sale in May. Really excited to be using this brilliant 150 seater and being able to “design” the show🙌🏽!!
