Best cinema in the area, love it. What a brilliant movie The Commuter is and a brilliant performance as always with Liam Neeson, great way to sign off from action movies.

Excellent customer service, actually we lost our tickets but the staff help us to reprint it again for us without any hassle. Many thanks to them for their great help

Manager came and moved people to empty tills but didn't see him do same for all queues. Staff who served wasn't great.

Good thing, sound system was really good, I love my sound.

Film. Well my choice and I don't believe it was great, it was OK.

Great cinema and movie spoilt a little by 4 chancers sneaking into our movie from a previous movie being told they were in someone’s seat and being moved 4 times and even being shouted at.

There seems to be a constant issue with the self service machines, when trying to use them at this cinema as experienced again yesterday, they can be slow when selecting a movie to see, then when wanting to select or move seats from chosen one it doesn’t accept request to another empty seat, even when pressing button to reselect seat, so usually go to another atm, yesterday between this minor issue and the card machines not accepting my bank card to pay with ‘we cannot take your card, try again repeatly, so try to cancel and start process again moved in total to 4 different atm’s to select film and finally take payment and get a ticket from it, every time I visit this cinema, it is a similar problems when trying to use these machines.

The film it’s self (The greatest showman) was incredible.

The ‘vue experience’ however was appalling. Rude staff who couldn’t be bothered to even make eye contact with you let alone be enthusiastic or welcoming. We arrived and went to the desk to purchase tickets, I chose my tickets, drink and food and when I went to pay she huffed about how the card machine isn’t working so I have to pay with cash bearing in mind we were not told before?! When I asked where the cash machine was she replied “downstairs somewhere”?!?

I also had booked 3 seats to be told on payment that there are no 3 seats together so we would either have to upgrade and pay extra or sit on different rows. Then I said we would like to sit together so she huffed again whilst she had to re book the seats and select the upgraded ones.

Once I got the screen I found a rude lady and her husband sitting in our seats who refused to move insisting they were her seats until she double checked her ticket and realised she was in fact in the wrong seat she moved to her correct seat leaving her rubbish behind.

Toilets were dirty, smelly and toilet paper all over the floor.

I am very reluctant to return to vue when you’re paying over £16 for a single ticket in London when there are so many others to choose from and I am not the only one it seems who has had unsatisfactorily customer service.

It may be a coincidence but I suffered bad vomiting the day after having one of their hot dogs and tango slushies too.

Was told my gift card was not working, even though she refused to attempt typing in the card number. Paid anyways only for a Facebook representative to tell me the following day that the card does indeed have £20, just laziness on the part of the girl who appeared to be a supervisor / management.

The film in general superb. The Vue cinema experience hideous we had this guy served us who I am pretty sure has had zero customer service training. It took him nearly 10 mins to serve us whilst the assistant next to him managed to serve customers in that time . Will never bother trying to buy food ie hotdogs which was vile and after queueing for 10-12 mins and walking away with stuff I didn't want because of poor customer service.

Movie (avengers) and screen (2D Xtreme) fantastic as expected. Girl at the counter rude and incompetent. I get my tickets through work and can use it in conjunction with a 2for 1 meerkat code. She said to me she doubts that’s possible in a rude manner and did not listen to what I said. Manager was called over who was friendly and helpful so I dropped the issue but appalled by the lack of customer service provided initially , I go here regularly and can say this is usually the case unfortunately
