Thank you to the staff who stayed with us and helped after my elderly mother had a fall as we were leaving after seeing a film. Much appreciated.

Thank you to Kirsty and her team for taking such good care of my Grandma after she has a fall this afternoon. Nothing was any trouble and you took the time to sit with her and make sure she was ok. �

The sweets and drinks are far to expensive for familys if they were cheaper I am sure you would sell twice as many The cinema itself and the films showing are very good although the sound could go down a bit as we found it to loud

I love coming to vue and so do my children. I've been coming since I were little. I do however think it needs a re-vamp to how it use to be when the mini arcade was there so if you are waiting then the kids can keep occupied and maybe lower the prices as for a family ticket of 4 you guys are £10 dearer than premiere cinemas and your snacks are way too expensive as well. Overall I still love coming, it's clean, staff are friendly and I've never had a broken chair like at some places. Just do it up a bit so it's more entertaining for the little ones and lower prices, if you can't lower prices than give more for the money instead maybe!

I have been coming for over 10years and whilst the seating is not as ush as Vue Romford, parking is free and very disabled friendly. The staff appear happy to serve you and a quite helpful. Coming again soon

First time in ages I've been to the cinema where I haven't been annoyed by someone chomping on their popcorn like an animal during the movie! I don't know why they sell noisy foods at cinemas anyway!!!!

Basic venue, very good sound and screens compared to most Odeon. Bets on selling food/drinks but rather good price for tickets compared to competitors. Do not expect posh waiting room.

Why is everything so dear.

The cinema is a shadow of its former self , no seats in waiting area , no games room , self service ticket machines ran out of tickets staff didn't put an out of order sign on it or fill it up . Over priced rubbish popcorn. In the auditorium every time during the film it went quiet there was a buzzing from one of the speakers which sort of spoilt the tension scenes. Overall the cinema looks tired which for the price a family of 4 pays didn't seem value for money!!!!!!!

Need to sort the humming noise out from speakers most annoying.glad I had the 2 for 1 offer as its overpriced especially the refreshments

I remember when I was younger coming to this cinema with friends and there was so much life. The seats were packed there was laughter and happiness but the whole area is run down. The cinema needs investment from Vue head office to bring it into the modern experience of cinema that Vue does when it opens new cinemas. It’s sad to see this cinema slowly lose the glitz and end up looking like a deserted cinema. I hope things change as I do hope it can go back to the glory days when I loved coming here.

I love coming to the Vue it's a nice cinema, we usually go on a Monday as it's cheaper, the only thing is that the snacks, sweets and drinks are too expensive

I had a group of noisy teenagers in the screening room which spoilt the viewing of the film and food is far too expensive for what you get.

Great film, going back to see the parts I missed, very soon �

Went on meerkats movie night. Very busy in the foyer. Only two people serving and not at a very fast pace. Snacks very over priced. Wasn't impressed.

Couldn't enjoy film as parents not keeping control of there kids they was running up and Down stairs in between empty seats playing this is not the place it's not a playground

1 adult & 2 children, 2 drinks, 2 ice cream & 1 popcorn, £43 😮😮😮, what a rip off for any parent taking their kids for a treat ! No atmosphere at all , seen better days , staff had a smile on their face though ( good for you )

This place is really going down hill I booked vip tickets for me and my children and all the seats was falling apart. I went another time with my disabled daughter and rest of the family when my husband bought tickets at the desk and asked if we could be sat together we spaced out everywhere and my daughter in a wheelchair was miles away from us disgusted with the service and how we was treated all because our daughter is disabled

Poor slow service and the screen was small.
