We went on a Thursday afternoon when it wasn't very busy so we were served quickly and the cinema was clean and comfortable! It was also very easy to park and the car park is free. It's more expensive than other local cinemas though. I'm sure more people would go during the day if it wasn't so expensive!

Local and generally lots of parking and food options make this a good place to go! But over the years it has gotten a little tatty and many times I’ve been when there have been trouble makers and unsupervised teenagers making fools of themselves at the expense of the audience and frequently staff aren’t brave enough to kick them out! Food is very expensive and there is always stale popcorn in the bucket at some point!

User

Good, but still high prices for kids if it’s not mini mornings!

But seriously, please sort out the public toilets they stink. Overall, everything else is great.

Beautifully filmed and it told a sweet story.

Lily James completely captivated the screen.

The cinema is clean and well maintained but the prices of the concessions booth is expensive.

It's not the best cinema but it's ok. Generally attracts a younger crowd which can be annoying, depending on your choice of movie. If you can, I'd recommend other nearby cinemas instead.

It was really cold in the cinema and the popcorn and drinks were really expensive! Jumanji was great though!

I have been to this place for many years and one big problem for me is lack of seating area while u waiting to go for u film ,there is a very few seats ....Also there is always long queues during so if u show up a bit late , u literally not make it cause u are waiting in the Q ....I now try to book before hand , but still have to get popcorn and drinks which is the same !!! Overall is good .

Been going to this Vue for over 6 years now, it’s good, not bad. Can do with a bit of cleaning up behind the counters, it looks really untidy & unhygienic. Other than that the Screens are a good size & seats are great.

Not very good anymore too many people and becoming very dirty.

20 minute queueing to get a ticket!!! Spoils the experience to start with, smells of food throughout the cinema reminding one of sitting in a cafe, constant noise from people eating, back of seat being kicked periodically and it got chilly in the auditorium towards end of film, AND WE PAY TO EXPERIENCE THIS?

User

Shame the place was so dirty !! Toilets looked like there had been a rave going on rubbish every where no toilet paper in any cubicle!! Unacceptable!!! Prices for food and drink an absolute disgrace 😡First visit to this site and was shocked after the prices they charge for tickets

User

If you want food turn up to the cinema an hour beforehand .... so slow

I've always struggled with the vibe in this place, the atmosphere's just never been there for me. My doubts were proven today when I had not one, but two unacceptable, unhelpful and downright rude encounters with two members of staff - the second was the cinema Manager himself. Genuinely cannot stand the place or its staff and though it's only a twenty minute walk from home, will not be visiting again. Word of warning; make sure you've actually registered for Super Monday before you arrive or your promise of a £4.99 ticket rather than a £10.99 one will soon evaporate. I was rather unpleasantly informed by the manager I'd "have to stomach" the full price after having a 60% reduction dangled in front of me, only to not be able to access it on my mobile due to a poor signal. Abysmal customer service with zero gestures of goodwill. This was after the guy at the counter asked "what do you want from me?" Spectacularly poor.

Avoid vue cinema in north Finchley if you have children, manager was swearing in front of kids and family’s including mine and talking about if people want to kill him then do it, baring in mind he lied to customers today and they went there twice through out the day to watch a movie that he lied about, the customers were ok with the the movie not playing as let’s face it what can you do, but what upset people was how he treated the public and made a few children upset/ scared due to his behaviour, and offered no refund or compensation to the family’s with very hot and tired children that had been waiting all day to get abused by this man, he told people to go else where at 4pm baring in mind the family’s had waited around or gone home and come back as he said he does not care. what a disgrace and no one should be employing someone like this to work with the public, completely unstable! Even walked off with other customers and started sorting there stuff out while leaving the poor family’s standing there shocked and in pure disbelief..

We got the customer care number off him and his attitude was terrible he said if you want to report me do it I don’t give a bollocks about it..

I can’t believe Vue Cinema employ managers like that!!
