Great location near my place! Excellent facilities!

Excellent seats. Staff were very helpful. Shame that some people do not realise that kids will be attending the cinema and have no patience what so ever.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom was an astonishing and thrilling movie. It was probably the end of Jurassic World the park for the dinosaurs. But thank goodness, those were free range from captivity into their natural habitats.

Very stuffy in cinema 4 could barely breath... had to wait for it to be cleaned when the film was meant to be starting at 8.30pm and was late

Took way to long to buy our tickets and the sound was way to loud .... I had to put tissue in my ears to muffle the sound. �

Ok cinema . Very expensive. Nobody checked are tickets at all , which I was very surprised at . As anybody could have just walked in without paying

Really expensive, issues refunding tickets bought online. Long queues and server gave us the wrong popcorn. Not too happy.

What's up with the height of the chairs in your screens @Finchley Road!? The seat to floor distance is just too short, it was the same type of leg pain you get in a long haul flight. I've had to take pain killers when I got home as a result of sitting in your badly designed seating. It completely ruined my experience. I also just witnessed most of the audience shifting uncomfortably, squirming in their seats for most of the film. It was a very humid day in London but there was no air-con, I actually passed out a couple of times during the film as a result. Also, I went to a matinee screening had a small popcorn and a small drink + ticket, he started off trying to charge me £29! I think I was over charged. I didn't complain at the time as I was in too much pain after the performance and nobody was easily identifiable as a manager, so I hurried home. Please advice.
