Relive the cinematic magic of these classic films at Vue:

User

absolutely love the seats they are so comfortable, makes the whole cinema experience a joy. Also the young lad who was collecting tickets yesterday was a pleasure, we went to a 2.15 showing if that helps you identify him. So Vue bung him an extra ÂŁ20 in his wage for being such a polite young man :)

User

Recliner seats in leather in all cinema, great sound system, great price, but why are ticket machines hidden around the corner of the entrance? And toilets so far away need to sort them out otherwise a great nights entertainment.

User

Had a throughly great night out, seats are amazing!! The atmosphere was brill, and the quality of the sound and screen perfect, x

User

Amazing seats, so luxurious and comfortable at a standard price. By far the best cinema I’ve been in and so cheap too at ÂŁ6.99 per adult. Highly recommend and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Well done Vue ïżœ

User

great cinema, comfy seats which recline bonus! but what's with the toilets?? having to walk all the way back to the front of the complex, to then need a code for the door. i easily wasted 10 minutes of the film. The disabled toilet within the cinema is locked so im guessing you also expect people with mobility problems to also go back to the entrance not great.

User

The seats are amazing, by far the best for the best price. Won’t visit another cinema, the heating was fabulous. Price for snacks and drinks weren’t to bad but the fact the toilets are about a mile away from the cinema screens is a disappointment.

User

Seats are starting to not operate. Batteries I suspect need replacing. Noticed it the past few visits same seat also. Toilets a little to far away from the screens especially now you need to know the code. Other than that much nicer than the odeon in festival park.

User

Lovely and comfortable, the only drawback is the fact you have to go miles for the loo and you have to ask for a code. Not good enough especially if you have children or older people

User

Great seats and the heating was spot on . Only problem is the toilets being so far away . Such a shame as it could have been a perfect 5

User

Fabulous comfy seats but the cinema was far too hot! Also the toilets need reopening nearer to the screens, way too far to trek back to the foyer 🙄 but overall a great experience watching The Greatest Showman đŸŽȘ

User

Fab seats, heating absolutely ridiculous, far far too hot!! Toilets are way too far away especially when your kids want to go on their own- and what’s with the code request, I’m 46 not 10, should not have to tell a student selling popcorn I need to visit the loo!!!!

User

Excellent seats, not a bad price, the car park was expensive and should be refunded on buying tickets, the film started late and we got charged for 3 hrs, apart from that I really enjoyed the experience and would go again 😊

User

Amazing seats and not a bad price for snacks. I come quite often for mini mornings with the kids when it's actually affordable for the family to visit together.

Needing a code for the toilets though is ridiculous.

User

Seats are amazing, well worth the money. Only problem was the heat was unbearable in the cinema and it ruined the film as we were having a sauna! It was too hot to concentrate. Toilets too far away from screens. It was better when they had toilets near the screens. We did ask about putting the air conditioning on but nothing was done about it.

User

Ridiculous that the toilets are so far away from the cinema then to add it I had to wait in a long queue to get the bloody PIN number to the toilets door. I didn’t dare buy a drink incase I need to to go the toilet again!

User

I've spent plenty of money over the years at Vue Newcastle but have to say I think it's ridiculous that you can't use the gift cards to book online. We want to see a film Tues night that will definitely be booked up if we get tickets on the day and as I work, we can't go any sooner to get them. Really disappointing seeing as all the other cinemas seem to let you use their giftcards online.

User

Cinema seats very comfo...far too hot in there and again...the toliets....code... oh and disabled where very dirty. Lucky I have a radar key otherwise I wouldn't of been able to use them...

User

Amazing Seat. Ridiculously hot. Actually made me feel ill. Code to the toilets is crazy, very annoying when you can't get someone's attention and your missing movie. It's already too far away from the screens.

Although I adore the seats I prefer odean. Park outside free and just less hassle.

User

Went to watch jumanji which was brilliant, however, it was SO hot in there it was almost unbearable. The kids wouldn't sit still. There's absolutely no need for it. Also, since they removed the toilets in the cinemas section AND putting a lock on the foyer toilet doors, having a child that needs to go to the toilet halfway through a film means missing about 10 minutes of the movie. Totally ridiculous. Will go to Cineworld next time
