I like the place. It's a handy location as it just across the road from the Tube. Reasonably priced tickets and popcorn. Also loved the slope of the seats inside. Would have no hesitation recommending Vue for a good moviegoing experience!

We like & prepher vue W12 rather than Westfield , but I prebook or buy tickets the day before ,as the cashiers have to serve food as well as sell tickets ,this causes long ques & long waiting times .

I was disappointed that the movie 🎥 I went to see there were no posters out there.

I should have booked online to avoid the queue of people buying excessive amounts of food. Apart from that the cashier was very helpful and even suggested he gave us tap water instead of paying ridiculous prices for bottled stuff. Cant grumble about that. Cinema auditorium was clean with lots of space to spread out.

Easy and straight online booking in advance and collect tickets at cinema. Clear view without any obstruction from the most of the chairs. Very good sound. The film starts after half an hour than shown time. Would recommend to anyone!

Screen sound and seats are good. If you want to avoid long queues at peak times Booking online costs 75 pence per ticket. the fact that the staff serving disgusting expensive food also serve the tickets. - ridiculous. You go there to watch a film not eat bad fast food.

Only come here when Westfield times don’t suit me .

However came yesterday and the auditorium - screen 11 - Coco was absolutely freezing . We kept our coats on and were still cold . Will definitely not be back during the winter !!!

One member of staff,for food and tickets,it was a joke,won’t be going there again soon
