Where do i start....

Absolutely fantastic experience

We chose this place to celebrate a 12th birthday meal..

On arriving we handed over the cake and they were happy to take it out back.on route we realised we had forgotten the candles but the staff said they have some out back which was perfect.

Food was awsome.

Service fantastic.

And the smile on that girls face when even the kitchen staff came out and sang happy birthday was priceless.

If youve never been i suggest you go and try it.

Food is amazing.

We were there to celebrate my birthday with an absolutely delicious dinner yesterday. Our waitress was super kind and professional, everything was just perfect. Thank you for this amazing experience! We will come back!

The staff were lovely and the food was great! The perfect place to get together with friends.

Second time we've been to this Wagamama and it has been great every time. All restaurants are clean and the food is always cooked at a high standard fresh and how you like it � perfect for our vegan and fussy family members!

OMG. I have my right arm in a sling due to a injury. as i am right handed i struggled to eat my lunch, even managed to spill it all over myself, the staff member was so helpful when it came to dealing with the mess i made and calming me down as i got really upset. when it came to paying the bill they have not even charged for my meal and said to use the money to go and get a new shirt where i have ruined mine, defo rec this place to any of my friends.

I came here for the first time yesterday with a friend. Grace (waitress) was absolutely brilliant! She explained the menu clearly, she knew everything about the food (never had this food before) she was fast and attentive. She checked if we were ok often and the food was incredible! Very happy customers, will be back and I hope Grace is on again when we return!

Had a lovely lunch with my daughter yesterday. It's the first time we'd eaten at the Maidstone restaurant (although been regular visitors to Wagamam's since the early 90's). Lovely food & friendly service.

Grace our waitress was so friendly and helpful. One dieter and one vegan well fed on her tasty recommendations. Spotless throughout. We'll b back.

Food was excellent and service very good. Would definitely recommend.

The first time I have ever been to Wagamama and I loved it. The food was great the service efficient defo be back. I would happily pay £14 for my meal but the bill came to just over £22 and thought almost £9 was far too much for a glass of wine which is why I left NO tip. I would have given 5 stars if not for the drink price.

I do enjoy the food and the staff are polite and helpful (kinda expect that though) downside. I personally find it expensive for what’s served.

Saturday night with friends the food was ok but the service was a bit haphazard, our drinks were delivered in two lots and half the food arrived 10 mins before the rest of it

Food is ok but the sevice charge is to expensive me and my friends say same 13 pounds for sevice charge is joke I don't want to go again

Expensive fast food restaurant/takeaway with average food and service

A little disappointed really.

I came in with two other adults and my 6 year old son just before 9pm on Monday.

We asked for a table rather than benches as one of us has recently had a hip replacement and needs some back support.

We were told that we would have to wait as they have already closed the back mezzanine area. So instead of waiting we took the bench.

The very polite South African server came to ask if we would like drinks, my son wanted an apple juice. We were then told that he couldn't have apple juice as they'd already cleaned the juicer. I found this a little disappointing there is still over an hour of service left.



The food was excellent as always. Gyoza crispy and sweet and the Beef Donburi was awesome.



I do feel that we were rushed along and were inconveniencing the staff as they were clearly in the mood to get closed up quickly.

If the opening hours are until 10pm, a full menu should be offered until that time in my opinion. A customer spending £80 at 9pm is surely still valued the same as a customer spending £80 at 2pm.



I will definitely be back, perhaps just not in the evenings.

The chefs at Wagamama, Maidstone, do not know a good mussel from a bad/dead one! This was served in their Wagamama Ramen.
