Reviews
LADY, adorable with the children, very loving, very fast runner and a high jumper. She plays with the dog she is curled up with and then attacks him by biting his cheeks, hoping this calms soon :( Thanks Martin (posted 7th September)
ACE is still looking for his forever home - such a lovely lively lad.
MOLLY is still looking for her forever home - terrier experience would be advantageous.
ROSIE really does need to be given a chance but needs someone with bull breed or Sharpei experience.
SHERMAN is still looking for his forever home with someone experienced with Sharpei or bull breeds x
The lovely EMILY is still looking for her forever home.
HONEY (on arrival on left/top) (today on right) - Labradoodle, 4 years old has been spayed and had her ears flushed, cleaned and defuzzed today. She has had multiple shampoos over the last few days as she was in such a mess bless her and will need a tidy up at the groomers once she is over her spay operation. This girl has the most wonderful temperament, adores cuddles, is completely clean in her kennel, walks extremely well on the lead and is happy to play by herself flinging her toys around and catching them. Honey appears to be dog friendly, cats unknown. We are seeking a very special home for Honey and will not be placing her in a noisy household with young children. Application form only to apply.
TEDDY in is new home- loving all the attention. Thanks Cori (posted 6th September)
TYE - large Staffordshire Bull terrier - 3 in September, has been neutered and vaccinated today - he is chipped, flea'd and wormed. Tye knows and understands some commands, is completely clean in his kennel and he is one hunk of gorgeousness. Tye is very strong, totally in to his footballs and is good as gold around the other dogs, cats unknown. We are seeking a dog experienced home - preferably bull breed or large breed - with no very young children due to the strength and bounciness of this lad. He can be left for a few hours but does not like to contained so needs space. Very friendly boy. Contact Wallace Kennels
Princess DOTtie-Mae as she is now known has not only settled in - she's taken over and is loved to bits. Thanks Kayleigh xx (posted 5th September)
FOUND Burton Place, Chelmer Village, Chemsford on 3rd September. The owner needs to contact Chelmsford City Council to claim (posted 4th Sept)
BRUCE has been an absolute gem so far. You would hardly know he is in house. As soon as I put my walking boots on, he knows and he gets excited and circles and sings. I have taken him to the park to socialise with some trusted similar dogs and he has had a romp around with those. He is more like 6 month old than 3 year old. He certainly has plenty of energy. Thanks Geoff (posted 4th September)
Update - Luna attending her first training class - very clever girl xx
MARGOT didn't take very long at all to make herself at home, she is a real poppet and we miss her. Thanks Sophie xx (posted 3rd September)
ABIGAIL is absolutely perfect indoors but still needs a bit of time out and about as she is nervous around all the new people, taking it slowly and giving her time to adjust - love her to bits xx Thanks Donna (posted 2nd September)
*** APPLICATIONS CLOSED ***
EMILY - whippet/lurcher, approx 8 months old, super friendly, good with children, vaccinated and chipped - will be homed with a spaying agreement. Emily will make a super pet for the right home ideally as a companion / playmate for another sight hound. She is not fully house trained but this will not take long with the help of another dog to guide her. Contact Wallace Kennels
SHERMAN Sharpei - neutered, chipped and around 7 years old. He is such a gentleman, totally clean in his kennel, takes no notice of the other dogs around him, walks beautifully on the lead and is a very nice boy. He would make an excellent companion for someone looking for a stocky medium sized dog who has experience of bull breed types. No cats, children 10+. Contact Wallace Kennels
