Wallis at their best!!!,useless yet again.Can’t through to Customer Service via the telephone,no reply to emails sent to Customer Service.

People beware!!! I purchased a dress online on the 6th December 2017 and sadly it wasn’t suitable so I sent it back on the 12th December via the returns label. I checked my Wallis account to see if I had been refunded and it said refund pending but the refund didn’t happen. I have phoned them a minimum of 8 times prior to Christmas and held in a queue for sometimes over an hour. They have said each time the money will be transferred to your account. I have called them a further 3 times since Christmas and promised the same and still no payment received!! They are not fulfilling their consumer promise of a 28 day refund. It is now day 52 legal action will commence. Be warned!!
