Really dad customer service I have tried to contact them for two day my order was never delivered as stated on card so no idea where my order is I will never shop with them again far to much stress

Worst service received here..

Trouser was torn bought it from wallis hounslow..

Lady refused to change it and she said thats not my fault if you dint notice here..

Such a shame that big brands do like this..

Today in the evening I visited this place and observed that this is the worst place to shop (in regard to customer service) as the staff is neither bothered nor cooperative regarding their customers requirements ..rather they want us (who give them business ) to work and run here and there to find out sizes and even they insisted to put back clothes in their respective places & in hangers after repeatedly telling them that I didn't have much time as my my baby was crying ..the most disappointing thing was that even the manager was least concerned after listening to the above discussed matter & tried to shift the burden on my shoulders

Terrible customer service, don't take calls on hold 25 mins sent a return on 9th and still not been refunded. They have called when I'm at work but I can't take calls at work so still not refunded. Called the number today and gave up after 25 mins on hold! The clothes are nice but they have completely inadequate systems for online shopping. Next put you to shame! I have emailed again today but u f they don't contact me today I don't have another day off till next Wednesday so if they don't sort out the refund they acknowledge they owe me today what am I meant to do. Upsetting!

Terrible customer service, almost a scam. Have been trying to call them for the last two days, but there is a recorded message that hangs up automatically. They don't answer emails, and their courier service says one should contact Wallis. No idea what happened to my order, I will ask for my money back.
