At Dover Marina Hotel & Spa we have a great range of facilities and sauna available for local Residents or members whether its too get fit, maintain fitness levels, tone up, lose body fat or to gain muscle mass. Our range of equipment are CV machines such as treadmills, rowing machines, exercise bikes, cross trainers and steppers. We also have a range of resistance machines such as chest press, shoulder press, lat pull down, dumbbells between 1kg - 40kg and a lot more. If interested in joining a gym and not sure which one?
