One of the very few places I have stopped and been able to eat something other than chips. I am gluten intolerant and very few services offer anything for me, however I was very impressed that the Waitrose here had two fresh sandwich options for me as well as a moderate free-from section � the roll I had was lovely and I could barely tell it wasn't normal bread. Would definitely recommend a stop off here.

We particularly liked the healthy food franchise in the food mall - TOSSED - and now, actually, on occasion when traveling in the UK, we may well plan our route to allow us to partake of these Tossers' excellent fair again! All jokes apart, Highly recommended!

I’ve always been fortunate enough to not need petrol at ANY rest stop, so no rxperience to report, I’ve also never had issues getting in or out, I used to travel through fortnightly, now it’s termly, we use it as a half way point, and thus far, it’s simply... services, with enough toilets, and food variety... not much else you could want when you need a piddle and 12 doughnuts....

Welcome Break be ashamed of yourselves. This is a SERVICE AREA, no it is a rip off parking space. Truck drivers have to stop by law and there are not many places to park these days that you feel reasonably safe that your load or fuel won't be nicked while you sleep, but to then charge £33 for the privilege of having to stop at your facility (and if you are broken into or have your diesel stolen or any damage caused to your truck then tough because Welcome Break accept no responsibility). Ok so you give us a £10 meal voucher but we are still being charged £23 for not breaking the law. That's like charging someone for going into a bank and NOT robbing it. We would still use your facilties like the restaurants and shops if we didn't have to pay to park, why you could even charge us a couple of quid for using the shower (straight after someone else without it being cleaned). Do the decent thing Welcome Break and have a look at yourselves and think about us truck drivers (without whom you would have nothing to sell and also no building to sell from) and all that restrictions and obstacles we have to deal with as it is. Finally explain why you feel justified to charge different amounts at different sites, Membury services is £27 (still £10 meal voucher).

Ladies toilets were a bit wiffy and the sinks were quite dirty. Expensive for snacks but that's to be expected. A busy place but not packed due to time of year I suppose. Been to much better than this.

The HGV park is chaos and far too small

Not very clean rats were running about all over the grass beside the cars won't be using this area again always down at Stanstead will be driving on to next services or starve before I use this place again

After 3 hours driving decided to stop for a rest, breakfast and toilet.... Foods are a bit costly as expected on services but they should compensate that with a Nice restrooms, a bit dated and not so clean...lights a bit dim on men's toilet. They attract costumers with 3 starbucks, come on, can we have more food choices instead!!!

£30 to park over night in a truck for 9hours. Parking area was not at all pleasant stunk of urine. foreign drivers who parked next to me left fridges on all night so not a lot of sleep had. Won’t over night park here again.

Well parking fines all because we pulled over to sleep as been on the road for hours. Over run by 38 mins and £60.00 for the pleasure. Your services are over priced as per all service stations but yet not much for the traveller overnight or late evening early morning.

Very disappointed - won't ever stop here again - no changing places facilities for my 15 year old daughter. The only option would have been to change her on the dirty toilet floor - absolute disgrace Welcome Break in 2017 you are discriminating against disabled customers. My daughter is unable to use a disabled toilet and the baby changing is too small - here's a thought !! The 2 are next to each other - why not convert them into a changing places facility - guess what if you did that - you would have a fully accessible facility for all your customers. And guess what - because of this - more people will stop at your services - your profits will increase - win win ! Shame on you for discriminating against disabled customers - saying that we did have Harry Ramsdens which was lovely - staff were very helpful and friendly - getting in and out of the services is a nightmare at busy times - so will be avoiding this services in the future - well unless they improve the disabled facilities !!!

Toilets are a joke . I have seen cleaner bus stops. Parking is ridiculos no where near enough spaces . Prices are so high as to be robbery without even a smile . And to top it all off you can sit outside and watch the rats running inbetwen the bushes and bins .

Tiredness kills......pull over spend nearly £40 at your service station have a sleep then get fucked over for a parking fine!!!. You disgust me with your policies on parking and your little regard for your customers. I will ensure I never use your services again and will also ensure I rely how you treat customers to family, friends and anyone I possibly can!.

Stopped there on NYE2017 and didn't like it whatsoever!! Toilets were all dirty and very smelly, coffee was awful and wouldn't be given a refund , staff in Whsmith were rude, the tables were grubby....... will not be stopping there on my homeward journey tomorrow 2nd Jan !!!

I guess if you’ve been on the road a while there’s a lavatory, coffee and a variety of fast food.

Apologies for trying to be a disabled person trying to get on with my life as normal as I can! But because I couldn't hear what you were saying to me & you were clearly in a rush, you felt the need to shrug your shoulders at me like it was my issue that your accent was not understandable, then when I apologised for being a hearing aid wearer, you laughed like it was a joke and tried to shrug it off!

So much for being disabled friendly Starbucks you should be ashamed that you employ staff like this!!! I'll not be using your services again?, I'll plan my trips to incorporate a stop at costa coffee next time! Least they seem to have received appropriate training and can deliver without offence!!!
