One of the better services in my opinion. Always stop here for a coffee and break, plus about half way on my usual trips and very handy place to judge wether to go through Birmingham or detour on A50

Always my first stop to Rapid charge the Electric Vehicles we take to #Orkney from leicestershire.

Takes around 30 minuites to charge up so just time to a 'comfort break' and a coffee �

We have completed 31 trips north in differant EVs.

Well I'm going to buck the trend here. After struggling through a breakdown in southbound roadworks stopped here for a break. Decided to have a harry ramsdens chip supper. Best fish and chips we have had in ages. Toilets were clean and services generally were good

had Harry Ramsdens fish and chips food was ok but lorry parking spaces could be a bit wider

Not so much as a review more a social comment on the pretentious people and Starbucks. I drink asda instant coffee black. Its 27 pence a jar. The next time your throwing 5 quid at Starbucks remember they taste exactly the same.( Lisa T is exempt from this. For the obvious reason) she knows where I live x

Not a great amount of truck parking. Parking is extortionate but is like that everywhere. Worth paying a couple of quid extra for food voucher.



Toilets started off clean but by end of the day they're a mess. Don't think there's anyone looking after them.



Showers are pretty terrible. Push button shower gives you 5 seconds of hot water then turns off. Also, would a proper shower head hurt? The tap/hose pressure hole sends water everywhere. Entire room is soaked.



Truckers don't have it easy on the road, and at £20 for parking id expect something a bit better.

Good food and service spoiled by lack of a lift for my disabled wife to go upstairs to KFC. Manager was helpful but said his Head Office would not instal one because regulations did not compel them - shame on them. I hope they read this. We had to go up and bring the food down.

It's a big price to park there £27 shocking the showers are nice but the pressure was very poor

Was there at 9.30pm on Saturday 24 October and the state of the eating area around KFC and Burger King was disgusting, 50% of the tables were covered in the remains of meals and every single one of the waste bins was overflowing. There was no effort made to clear the mess up and could not wait to leave

The service and attitude at KFC was disgusting!



A group of girls stood chatting while the boy serving me was clearly struggling, when a woman went up to ask for help using the self service machines they all magicaly had somewhere to be by one who just happened to be sweeping, told the woman to go to the till and turned her back on her while she was still talking to her!!! Eventually she looked up and asked cockily what she said as she didn't hear her!! Sent her to a tillage where a man had been stood waiting to be served (he was in que behind me so been around five min as the boy had gone) and for good reason he wasn't happy about being pushed aside with no explanation, eventually they were both served and one of the girls gave me my order whilst the mad asked if a manager was around as he wasn't happy with service only to be told "manager doesn't want to be distributed" and the girl walked away (the one who was sweeping and spoke to the lady) as she passed me I clearly heard her say "grump cunt" and walk off fast when she saw I heard. I checked my food as I always do before I left to see o didn't get my popcorn chicken which I paid for, I was told there was none now and it would be 25 min before any more are ready, asked for a refund as I wasn't getting the food o asked for and was told the system is broken so could be a week or more before I'd get my money, asked for something in its place and was told that went against the policy but "just this once" they would, by this point I'm fed upto asked for the manager to be told "I won't get him as he won't want to be distributed and he is in a bad mood"



I went to burger king after for my partner and they were lovely and so helpful.



You need to do something about your staff!!

The KFC at M6 Keele Services could do with a major shake up. The food was tepid, the coffee undrinkable looking and tasting like Kreosote and the bill wrongly calculated, £2.50 in their favour.

Sunday 19/03/17 approx 13:50hrs with Ray Lee and wives. Food was tepid, on asking for sugar we were told to get some from Burger King opposite. No spoons, very few milk portions in the bottom of a carton doubling up as an impromptu bin. Coffee was undrinkable.

Picture the scene. 10.15 pm on a Sunday Evening. M6 solid for 10 miles. Has been like that for hours. It's often like that on Sunday Evening. Welcome Break Car park packed with people desperate to get out of the traffic jams.



What do we find inside the "service" station? Almost everywhere has closed at 10pm. Only Starbucks and Smiths left open with massive queues at both.



Come on WB - you do not deserve the franchise. This is not providing a service. The outlets should be open to at least midnight . You are living in the last century and not keeping up with today's traffic conditions.

Ok, so this is just beyond a joke. One toilet is overflowing with tissue and water and poo, another literally has poo on the floor, and another is blocked with tissue. Three taps don't work and I'm struggling to breath without heaving. This is appalling. The management need to look at hygiene standards, one key function of a service station is the toilet facilities.

I am at Keele Services north bound. I am disabled. How do I get to KFC, Harry Ramsdens or Burger King as there are no lifts, no escalators and no means of my accessing these outlets which are situated on a higher floor? Shame on you Welcome Break!

Harry Ramsdens apparently only giving you food in a box now as it's "getting abit late"



I've been here on numerous occasions before and been served my food on a plate at the same time, its the reason I choose to get food from there rather than Burger King etc. To be honest it just seemed the staff couldn't be arsed, very poor! This was at Keele southbound and it was 20:45.

Friday 1030pm

Stopped at the services north bound

Burger King ..... closed

KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken ..... closed

Harry Ramsden's ..... closed

Starbucks ..... closed

Subway .....closed



How did I find this out......Park car, walk in up 3 sets of stairs, half way over the gantry to the lit up restaurants and the cleaner says "sorry everyrhing's closed"



How about a sign on motorway saying "everything closed, except our stinking toilets"



Mini-friday night rant over �

Disgraceful phoned in advance 5 coaches of passengers half didn't get fed nor some of the drivers because of the length of time it took to get served will not use again

Can safely say that I won't be coming here again. Waited 10mins for my food to turn up from Harry Ramsdens for it to only be freezing cold. Not the sort of service I would expect if you had to wait for your food to be cooked.
