Wellness With Flip Description
I began practicing Pilates having heard about it’s profound benefits in the way that Pilates strengthens, stretches, tones and gives overall balance to the Body. Seeing a vast improvement these weekly classes became more regular, growing to a daily practice.
It soon became clear that this mind-body form of conditioning and wellbeing was more than just a physical process and one she wanted to share with others.
I am now a certified BASI Mat Work instructor. I belive that my enthusiasm, passion and zest for Pilates is evident in her classes. This coupled with her ability to inspire, challenge and enlighten her clients makes for dynamic class tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
