Welwyn Parish Council serves the historic Welwyn village, Digswell, Oaklands and Mardley Heath.

Welwyn Parish Council provides sports pitches, recreation and play areas, car parks, a cemetery, allotments, assistance to local organisations and a variety of venues available for public hire. The council also maintains public footpaths, open spaces and churchyards and monitors and make recommendations on planning applications, greenbelt and other important local issues.
