we booked to go see a show, and I booked through booking .com, hotel was good, parking free, breakfast was great, can not fault anything, the room was huge, everything clean and tidy, staff were so helpful., are there in the evening, and food was good.
Stayed here for 1 night and could not fault it for the price. We arrived early after our 4 hour drive and the hotel allowed us to check into our room with out any hesitation. We had no remote control on our room which was dealt with within minutes. We also needed extra pillows and again this was sorted within minutes. We were able to park our car easily on their free car park. A Very clean hotel with extremely friendly staff. They were ALL polite and very very helpful. I Would definitely stay here again. An Absolute bargain and so close to Wembley stadium. It's nice to see a hotel on an event day treating the day exactly as any other day.
Well done to you all at the Wembley International Hotel, you are doing everything right.

Stayed for two nights, concert in the arena, nice size room, tho bath room could do with up grading, decor a bit tired but for what we wanted/ needed, was great. Clean, very friendly staff, helpful what more could you want.. had food in the restaurant one evening, was lovely and not too pricey. If attending a show again would book again.
Staff very friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, we were also told that breakfast wasn’t included in our booking, which was a bit of a surprise. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
Nice hotel in a great location for the SSE and wembley. would stay here again if seeing another show. Did enjoy the free continental breakfast from booking online. thank you :)
Nice clean spacious room TV a bit small for being on the opposite wall to the bed. The breakfast was not the best I have had and at £9.95 for a cooked it was not good value.
Me and my friend stayed here on Saturday night as we went to the x factor tour at Wembley. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was basic but fine for what we needed. Our TV wasn't working and someone was sent within 10 mins to fix it. I also needed water at 4.30 in the morning and the guy on reception was happy to help! I would stay here again. Close to shopping and arena.
Hotel was spot on rooms were basic staff spot on walking distance to Wembley station and tube station food was spot on not a bad word to say about the hotel
Hotel was okay for the reduced rate but I would not pay full cost. Could do with a little update and could be a little cleaner - our room was dusty. Overall happy hotel was close to Wembley Arena which I wanted and a stones throw from the shopping outlet and restaurants. I would stay again.
Was there to watch my team v spurs nice staff decent rooms 5 min walk to Wembley so cant go wrong
Stayed here with my family for the Adele concert payed £237 for 1 night rooms clean and ok , bathroom could do with an update but bed really comfortable had a really good nights sleep. Restaurant main food was lovely however deserts were frozen so wouldn't recommend for £6 each plus took time to come.
Breakfast was a full English but was not self service, not sure if this was because if the amount of people staying due to concert. Only had scrambled eggs x1 piece of bacon x1 sausage x1 hash brown small scoop
If beans and a scoop of mushrooms. had to wait and order fried boiled or poached eggs which came after you have finished breakfast so pointless really.
Juices were watered down and tea was like sweaty bandages , mushrooms out of a tin and sausage cremated ... toast on the plus side was nice ...
staff Extreamly helpful nothing too much trouble , nice designer outlet in walking distance aswell as the stadium plenty of places to eat and drink . Kids lived it. Prime position for any Wembley event. Would stop here again but without the breakfast !
Stayed here last night with my partner, we had a large family room as I wanted the amenities that came with it, the room was okay, seemed pretty clean aside from the long black hairs on the carpet and in the sink plug (neither of us have black hair) there were a few things broken in the room but nothing major. The beds were very comfy though, which is a bonus!
The staff were very nice and we weren't expecting 5* quality, but the food we ordered for room service was god awful.
It arrived within 10 minutes which we didn't expect for a vegetable lasagne and a burger and chips. Based on the time it took to arrive, I can only assume everything is either reheated or microwaved.
The food was bland, and the texture of the lasagne was like some kind of cottage cheese/jelly like topping and I couldn't finish it. I'm not generally fussy about food but this wasn't good, especially considering it cost £20.90 for two meals.
It served its purpose as we only stayed one night but we did feel ripped off for the food and expected a higher quality for what we paid (even with London prices).
Came down from Huddersfield for the play off final and stayed here last night . Our rooms were ok although I didn t like the shower or the lift . The food in the restaurant was nice in the evening and the breakfast was ok . Staff friendly. The best thing about it is it has a car park and it's proximity to the stadium. Would stay there again if we ever go to a match or a concert at Wembley in the future .
All in all the stay was ok. My wife and I had booked two nights for the FA Cup Final. We didn't have breakfast in with the deal. We asked on arrival if we could have breakfast charged to our room if we were to have it. Reception said yes. The information booklet in room confirmed this to be the case. My wife went for breakfast in the morning only to be told due to our booking we weren't entitled to eat due to the terms of our booking. My wife did have a breakfast. Yet she was made to feel that she wasn't a guest in the hotel. Reception confirmed the case. We shouldn't have had a breakfast. They did relent and make an exception. Not before making my wife feel very uncomfortable. We didn't bother trying for breakfast the following morning due to the previous days problems.
The room was average the TV was the size of an iPad the safe didn’t work very disappointed obviously you are paying money for the location
Room was smelly. Unable to get a spare pillow once housekeeping have finished. Had an 11am check out time but was woken up at 9.15am to ask if we were leaving dispite 'do not disturb' on the door.
One small plus was that staff were polite.
Poorly lit as some light bulbs didn't work..broken bed and curtains..mold and damp along the carpet under the window and tv unit..windows so filthy couldn't see out of them..poor tv picture...broken toilet seat...not bad for £69 huh

Shower fell off the taps, sink and bath was dirty floor bowed to the point that you thought you was going thru it glad work payed for the stay as i wouldnt go back only good thing is the polite staff it really in needs updating
