With normal tickets we were worried how my dad on crutches was going to get through the day. The staff were so helpful at every step of the way, opening doors, giving us access to the front of ques, access to lifts everything. It made a massive difference to our day! Thanks.

User

Went to wembley 4 Ed sheeran tonight and my seats were so high up that I couldn't face going. Out the amazing staff found me a spair seat further down and we so helpful and understanding especially a lady called Nichola who escorted me to the new seat and made sure I was OK before going to get my girlfriend from our original seats to sit with me superb customer service

User

So impressed with Wembley stadium! We saw the incredible Ed sheeran last night and from start to end, the staff and organisation of such a big event was top form. We were very disappointed having bought what we thought were excellent seated tickets right in front of the stage only to sit down and find a speaker was blocking the view of the stage completely. After a few people complained an incredibly helpful stewardess went above and beyond to move our whole section to better seats. We were incredibly grateful that she managed to move us as we would have been so disappointed missing the awesome stage lighting and effects throughout the show. Thank you so much to the lady that moved our section in block 214!!!!! You made our night ÔøΩ

User

Just been to the FA Cup semi final, and just wanted to say you had an amazing steward in section 104. He was friendly, funny and helpful, but what amazed me was there were a couple of old guys in our section who couldn’t walk very well. This steward kept bringing them glasses of water and made sure they were okay in the sun. What an asset to Wembley.

User

I was there yesterday watching Ed Sheeran and from the time I got there till the time I left everything was very well controlled,

All staff was always willing to help you and always around and in site for people to see them. First time in Wembley arena it’s self and it won’t be the last time either

User

I have never been to Wembley Stadium before and visited this evening to watch Ed Sheeran with my 14 yr old son. Due to a recent medical issue, I have had trouble walking for the past week and from the moment I arrived at the tube station, both local police officers and Wembley staff looked after me completely. They drove me to the stadium, and then a member of staff pushed me in a wheelchair to my seat and collected me at the end. What wonderful service from some very lovely people. Thank you so much to all that assisted me, I nearly couldn’t come because of my medical issue- and the staff and Ed of course made for a perfect evening.

User

I attended Taylor Swift’s reputation Stadium Tour on Friday with my best friend, and it was an incredible night!

I really do have to thank the staff at Wembley though for being absolutely top notch. My best friend suffers with a slurry of medical conditions that leave her quite debilitated, and as we were exiting the stadium, she unfortunately suffered an attack of one of her conditions. The security team and medical staff were incredible and helped her so much, and managed to get her to hospital in a prompt manner. It could’ve been so much worse than it actually was and the support we had from the staff was fantastic. From myself and on her behalf, a massive thank you.

User

Can't thank the staff enough. I was at Ed Sheeran last night and due to the height I was at i froze in my seat. Two members of staff saved me and after a little bit of a wait I was given a lower seat and could at last relax. Thank you all very much.

User

Came to Wembley yesterday for Summertime Ball, it was an amazing experience. This was made a lot better by your fantastic security and here to help helpers. I am disabled, use a crutch, security got me a chair until gates were open, explained I could use a connector to push me in a wheelchair to coach afterwards, I even had another security man get me a chair by one of the private bar/lounge areas. I also had help to carry food back to my seat. Thank you so much for your amazing help and a fab show. I can't wait to return

User

After coming out of hospital to attend the Ed Sheeran concert last night with my daughter, I had really high anxiety about going in on our own. From underneath the main walkway a young official offered to take us to where the lift was inside the stadium. He then went on to show us round to where are seats were and showed us the nearest disabled toilets. He stayed until after we had used the toilet facilities and I needed a minute to be able to breathe (my lungs don’t work!). He offered to stay around and I said no and thanked him so much for putting things at ease. He then handed us over to 2 officials who showed us to our seats and continued to keep an eye on us and were pleasant and helpful the whole evening.

I haven’t been on my own anywhere for maybe 2 years and the officials all made it feel so calm and nothing was a problem. All so polite and with smiles on their faces.

Thank you Wembley and thank you Ed Sheeran for making very special memories for me and my daughter. We will never forget it xx

User

A massive thank you to the Staff at Wembley. I was one of those people on the top row of Level 5 and seriously thought I would be ok ! Had a melt down and the staff no questions asked moved us straight away to level 1. Ed Sheeran was amazing. Thank you ÔøΩ

Attended the Southampton v Chelsea game this weekend. We were seated in block 116. We are regular attendees of Stamford Bridge and have seen our fair share of everything expected at a football game. However this experience was slightly different In That we had fellow Chelsea supporters sat in front of us who were drunk and generally vile people! Firstly they appeared in the stand with bottles of beer which I am led to believe is not aloud? Also, they were barely there! When they were there they were obnoxious! I understand the etiquette of football and you get all sorts- however, I did not expect to be spoke t o the way I was and sadly there were no stewards in sight, which I am used to having at Stamford Bridge. If this person was to have turned on me, which was very possible- thankfully he didn’t! - I would have only had men of the older generation to help me. This man said to me “just remember men will always be above women” it was mildly amusing, he didn’t like being told by a female and that’s fine, however, it would have been nice to have felt the security of stewards in the crowd where we were- is there a reason why this is not upheld at Wembley? Surely if you are letting people drink at these events (which by the way I have worked in pubs for many years in the past he would not have been legally served by myself or any of my staff!) you should be policing the possibility of more trouble?! Using Stamford Bridge as an example- stewards can be found in every section, including the family section where they don’t even sell alcohol! I dread to think what would happen if there was an emergency and people needed to leave quickly!

While I appreciate feedback- please bear in mind that I had my 11 year old daughter with me who was shaken by the reaction of this man. So please share your opinions, however- I’m not interested in the “it’s a football game what do you expect”....! You can keep those narrow minded comments to yourself

Would like to know why my partner was refused entry today, got pushed off the pub wall earlier and suffered a cut to his head, when he turned up for the game you refused him entry because of his head and then reported to the police that you noticed him placing a wrap of something in his pocket, he was searched by the police and they found nothing, they also performed first aid on him and called myself to report his injury unlike yourselves who did nothing, and you also went and ejected his mate who was already in the stadium no reason given just threatened that if he didn’t leave you would call the police, absolutely disgusted with the way he was treated today, will be taking this further

Went to Wembley stadium last night to watch the England v Italy match. Firstly we missed kick off because we had to queue for over 30 mins to get into stadium, then at half time we queued again for over 30 mins to get refreshments, missing the start of the second half, which was for nothing as by the time we got to counter they had sold out of soft drinks and children’s dinners and was expected to buy adult meal at £8.90 for fish and chips with a drink. We go to most home dames and it has never been this bad. There didn’t seam to be very organised not enough staff or food and drink and staff that was there did not seam to know what they were doing most of the time.

The match was spoilt as missed loads

Yesterday 2 of my friends and I saw Taylor Swift at the venue. After a very enjoyable evening, when leaving we have to use the lifts as all 3 of us have mobility issues. We were directed by a member of staff to a lift through a door. When we walked through this door we were faced with another member of staff who was operating the lift on the level we were on. He asked if he could help. My friend said yes, all 3 of us have mobility issues and needed to use the lift. He looked at all 3 of us and said ‘no, sorry you need to use the stairs.’ My friend then said again, we can’t, we all have mobility problems. The member of staff then moved towards us to usher us out of the area back to the general crowd that we had come from. My friend for the 3rd time said clearly and very firmly ‘we are NOT using the stairs. We have mobility issues’. Only on this 3rd repetition of this did he finally accept this and let us use the lift. My 2 friends and I are all young (ages 21 and 24 years old) cancer patients. One friend has tumours in his lungs, the other has severe nerve pain and I have cancer literally in the bone on my hip/leg joints and have lung damage. I suggest Wembley educates it’s staff that not all disabilities are visible and not to be so disgustingly ignorant or rude.

To think the powers that be are thinking of selling off Wembley to some random foreigner is an outrage. Foreign money has ruined English football and this is the crowning turd on the shit cake. Wembley was paid for by the British public and all the football association can say is “it will put more money into grassroots football”. THAT is a load of bollocks. With corporate tickets taking up a large portion of each gate at Wembley and the way Wembley and the FA suck up to foreign money all it will do is line the pockets of a select few at the top of the FA pile. The football association should be a non profit organisation and run by the state not by fatcats who don’t give a flying fuck. It used to be a massive occasion to go to Wembley. Now with spurs playing there and the semi finals of the cup played there it has completely lost its special appeal. When we had no Wembley and the National side played at various grounds around England it was much much better. Having them play in Newcastle,Sunderland,Villa Park,Manchester,Anfield....even Leicester! That’s what I’d want to see if the Fatcats Association sold Wembley when they don’t,by rights, even own it. It’s taxpayers property so the public should decide

Last night I went to Taylor Swift's concert at Wembley, which I have waited 11 years for and was one of the best experiences of my life. Unfortunately, after exiting and heading to the underground, I was humiliated and discrimated against by Wembley staff that were directing crowds towards Wembley Park underground station.

There were a vast number of stairs leading to the underground and a ramp for people with disabilities/health conditions to use if appropriate. I approached a male member of staff about using the ramp and explained that I have multiple life limiting health conditions, including a heart condition, making stairs very difficult to tackle, especially in the number that were present. He preceded to look me up and down, laugh and say "yeah, of course you do". I then spoke to the lady next to him, who insisted that I list my entire medical history, which I did whilst crying. She also did not believe me and would not allow me to use the ramp access. It was only after a third member of staff approached, having seen me crying with the man and woman, that I was allowed to use the access. I explained my issue to him, he said he understood as he had a pacemaker himself and he allowed me through to the ramp with my husband.

Unfortunately all of this had caused a commotion in front of the crowd. As I used the ramp members of the public were jeering me and shouting about my rights to use the ramp, which upset me further.

As you can imagine, this ruined a night that, up until that moment, had been amazing. I spent the entire journey home in the car crying and am also still extremely upset this morning.

I don't believe that a person needs to look ill or be in a wheelchair to qualify as having a disability in the eyes of professionals. I've suffered this sort of discrimination against invisible disabilities/illnesses before and I didn't expect it from an internationally-renowed organisation such as Wembley.

I have never heard of getting kicked out or threatened to be kicked out because of dancing at a concert. Concerts are to be enjoyed. Especially when the artist is talking and asking people to get up and dance and sing as loud as they can.

Last night while attending the Ed Sheeran concert my friend and I were simply enjoying the atmosphere of the environment. We bought the tickets the day they were released a year ago so the anticipation was huge.

When we got there everyone was standing and up on their feet and we joined in. Then to be told to sit down by people behind us. And we just said sorry but this is a concert and we are dancing. Well they didn’t like this so they brought the security. This security guard said we had to sit down or leave.

So apparently none of the other people in the section we were in got the memo that it was a sitting concert. Everyone beside and in front of us was up dancing but for some reason because the people behind us wanted to sit and complain about absolutely everything and cheer when they got their way and talk about girls half their age the rest of the concert we had to sit and listen. I hope they honestly feel good about ruining two young girls’ evening by talking and saying extremely rude things the entire concert about us. I couldn’t believe they spent that kind of money just to be so negative the entire time rather than just enjoy the music. Plus you couldn’t see anything anyway, we were SO far away so why not make the best of a bad situation?

I was not happy with the security’s/stadium staffs’ actions. We offered to move to the empty section beside us but he said no and very rudely threatened us to be kicked out.

I have heard of being kicked out of a concert for many reasons. Drunk, high, swearing, starting fights, etc. But never for dancing to the music and enjoying the lively atmosphere and music.

Have been to many matches but this was awful. It took us nearly an hour to get through the gates so missed kick off because they didn’t open enough gates (got to our seats 25mins after kick off as they eventually opened another gate). There was a small contingent of hideous fans that rushed our seats and meant that that after half time our kids were all forced from their seats. Lost all respect for the stewards as other fans smashed up the roof, it fell down hitting one of the children in or group in the face and all the debris going into his eye. He moved to another seat, sobbing: I reported this to the stewards and they did nothing for approx 30mins...then came storming through with two paramedics insisting he left the game to seek medical attention. He was v upset to miss most of the match (after missing the start) and being dragged out before the end, while the idiots who trashed the place were allowed to not only stay, but return without tickets at extra time, with no repercussion. The police did nothing. The stewards did nothing. I thought taking my three sons to Wembley would be an amazing experience but they dont wish to ever return. Of all the venues in the world I would expect to be able to handle an event, this was a massive let down. My local pub could have handled it better. Waste of time and money
