Would give 0 if I could. The building looks modern but everyone inside it is backwards (except anton the service manager).

30minutes to get my keys for my car .

This is after seeing someone driving it around the car park at about 30-40mph IN A CAR PARK!

Then found my Bluetooth disconnected and someone else’s connected � .

Useless bunch of people.

Worst dealership I have ever encountered. Bought a used approved car with a “no quibble return policy” and on my drive home noticed the car shook at high speed. Immediately informed the dealership it was faulty and was met with 6 months of “quibbling” and refusing to exchange it. Eventually after over 30 phone calls and me returning to the garage of my own accord (4 hour round trip) they fixed the fault (buckled wheel -and charged me for part of it!!!!). Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Totally unprofessional. Now 6 months later I’m sat in a garage as another tyre has blown out only to be told by the garage that the wheel has been botched up with “temporary” puncture repair kit previously and should have been replaced by ex-owner and that’s why it’s blown out today, with me and my 2 year old twins in the car. Disgusting. Im seriously considering taking them to trading standards as their internal investigation of my complaint amounted to nothing.

The worst customer service I have received from anywhere! If I could give them a rating of zero I would! Everyone in this branch especially the managers are extremely rude and have no clue on what good customer service is. I have had my VW high up for less that a year and there are major issues with the gearbox. The way they have dealt with it is shocking!! Even after writing a formal complaint to VW UK they still haven't got their act together! I would avoid this place like the plague!!

Never buy a car from here!! Brought a golf R from here now have to have new gearbox and my car spends more time in there workshop than on my drive!!! �

Last week we dropped off Catherine Mc Ginty's Golf for Service and passed MOT - meaning they legally certified it Roadworthy under UK standards!! We then drove it and unbeknownst to us, there was no oil left in the engine - completely empty!!!



They DROVE it back to their shop, WITH NO OIL IN IT (!!!) and took my girlfriend as a fool figuring "she's a woman, won't know how bad this was"- and replaced the part but have done nothing to re-assure us there was no damage done to the car done through this incident. They also have not even offered to rebate any of their service, saying they are not legally entitled to do so. You're missing the point! - it's about creating trust and loyalty, not doing the least you are legally required to do.



You'd think the last thing Volkswagen's dealers want is to further tarnish the @Volkswagen reputation



- Arrogantly, they tried to shift responsibility by saying it was a faulty part, fault of their supplier. This is your problem part and supplier, don't make your problem ours!!

In a space of 1 year, I have purchased two vehicles with West London VW. After buying the first vehicle I very much regretted buying from this dealership but after giving them a second chance with the next vehicle, I have decided that I will never buy from West London VW and I recommend others not to go here either.



Upon purchasing my first car (before all the hassle arose), I recommended a friend to also purchase from here and he received just as bad service as I have received.



The service received by the sales executive was good to begin with but once it came to collection of the car and after sales, this is where the experience turned completely upside down - it has been especially after sales that has been the most horrific. The communication (between dealership and myself as well as between staff members) and lack of care for customer satisfaction is where the service is lacking the most. Every time the reception takes a message for them to call you back, you will NEVER get a call back! This experience has proved that this dealership only cares about taking customer's money and customer service is of their least priority. I was told that I will be compensated/given some form of goodwill gesture for the experience I have had with my first car and when it came to discussing this goodwill gesture, I felt that a lot of games were played between the staff against myself, trying their best not to have to compensate - they offered me floor mats or champagne which was humiliating for the service I had received.



You would expect BRAND NEW vehicles not to have any scratches or dents but that isn't the case with West London VW. Both my cars have had scratches and my friend's car had numerous swirls in the paint as well as a dent on the car, which after going back to the dealership to sort out, was done to a very low quality where repair marks of the dent were clearly visible. If you walk into their showroom today and look at some of the paintwork on the brand new cars you can notice swirl marks which is unacceptable according to me.



After a recent problem that has arose with regards to the breaks on my car, I am genuinely starting to doubt VW's name for reliability and I felt that I should share this experience so that others can try and avoid this dealership!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Went to see a sold car on Saturday 'quote we'll do everything we can to rectify the situation' which translates into 'we'll make everybody reading this THINK we care but in reality we plan to do NOTHING'



Five days later there has not been an email, phone call or text and frankly I don't expect one either. Makes you wonder what the after sales service would be like
