This pub is one of the best around! The staff ALWAYS go the extra mile. I canŌĆÖt praise them enough, IŌĆÖve used them for personal, business and charity events and every time the event is perfect.

The best hotel/pub by far in town, donŌĆÖt go anywhere else before you visit here. Staff are always friendly and helpful, could not do more for you. Plus food is very good, well worth checking it out. Keep up the good work guys!

My friend Jackie Smith and I had an excellent late breakfast there, the food was top notch, tasty and hot, the staff were friendly and professional and the pub has a great atmosphere where the sound of chit chat gV3 that extra feel good factor, IŌĆÖd highly recommend this characteristic pub as a place to eat drink and be merry. ­¤æŹ­¤Ź║­¤źā­¤Ź╗

Lovely room, good food our second stray

Love coming here, they are so friendly towards our children and we always have a smiling face waiting for us the other side of the bar! Lovely food would thoroughly recommend and so glad we have it as part of our town.

Family friendly, I was surprised to learn we could have tea/coffee etc as well as our family having beer etc.. and kids were allowed in, staff very pleasant and helpful, decent tea/coffee...my daughter loved the Basil/tomato soup and the brown long roll...will definitely be coming back.. xxxxx

Excellent Carvery. Plenty of meat, not cut so thin you can see through it, but nice slices. Good selection of Veg and the Cauliflower Cheese is lovely. Been 3 times now and it has not veried. Thanks White Hart.

Despite being workers, we still like to stay somewhere nice, clean and preferably with a homely feel as opposed to your average hotel chain.

The White Hart Inn surpassed all our expectations and at a very reasonable price, considering we're still only 30 miles from Central London.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the food is excellent and the locals made us feel so very welcome.

A special mention should be made to the owners Dave & Tracy who couldn't do enough for us, and the lovely staff who are a credit to the place.

We finish in the near future and will remember the White Hart as much as I would happily champion it.

By far the best pub in town & great owners. Always looking to provide for the people of the town and thinking outside the box. Great food too.

I hired the hall for my son's 30th birthday party, it's good that you can have the hall from 11am to prepare and staff were very helpful. my only complaint would be that for the extra ┬Ż50 you pay for the bar in the hall not all drink is available. couldn't get my drink no beer on tap which meant every time you wanted a drink you had to go to the bar in the hotel. Also a lot of people found the hall very cold because door has to stay open with a chair against it. Sorry for moaning hopefully it will help improve your hall

I had the Carvery on Sunday and it was awful the Yorkshire pudding was not cooked the cauliflower cheese. Was not Very nice and he gave me the end off the lamb that was just fat instead off getting a new one out I did not even eat it I complaint but got nothing back in return

Really disappointed with meal just had here today complained to staff really uninterested! Chilli nachos advertised with melted cheddar cheese but came with CHEAP squezzy cheese all over it for 8.95 really unacceptable! Portion was not as expecting either IŌĆÖve eaten here for years and always found food to be excellent with attentive staff! Yes could have complained before eaten but nobody over to check if ok until plates where cleared and not everbody ate it so your excuse that was eaten unacceptable! Disappointing

Provisionally booked a room and told to phone back when the lady who knows how to take payment has started work at 12pm. Phoned back to pay to be told I couldn't have the room because it's a minimum of 2 nights stay! Fantastic as I've now booked tickets for an event and my grandma has nowhere to stay. So disappointed! Such poor poor service.

Cold food with a hair as an extra topping so sent back and rightly so they bought a different one back only to then find another hair in a different real ordered to the same table still went to pay only to be told myself and present company are no longer Allowed back !!!!! Absolutely disgraceful customer service!!!! Never in my life have I bee treated so appallingly over something that could have been easily sorted with an apology !!!!
