I placed an order today having contacted Whitestores via messenger in order to ask some questions about the product I was interested in. Rob replied within seconds and couldn’t have been more helpful and so quick to answer and clarify my

questions, which resulted in my commitment to order! .Looking forward to receiving my table and chairs later on this month! Thank you again and I would not hesitate to recommend, or use this company again.

I have purchased all my garden furniture from white stores 5 years ago and is still on great condition *****

I cannot fault any of the service that I received! Rob was so helpful and quick to answer my questions when trying to arrange a purchase for a gift, especially as I live abroad! I loved that I was able to specify the date that I wanted the items delivered too! Thank you so much, and I can't wait to see the reaction when the gift gets opened in a few weeks!

Having spent £200 on a christmas tree from John Lewis which, TWICE arrived broken and had to be returned, we gave up and went online where we found the White Stores and their wonderful range of christmas products.

We spent around £50 less than previosly but got a christmas tree that is so much more beautiful than what we almost had.

Ordering was very easy and delivery was quick with afriendly courier too.

Upon opening the box, there was an obvious difference in how well the tree was protected and packaged by Whites compared to JL, who had (by the looks of it) just thrown the trees in their box.

We are very happy with the service and even happier with the quality of our product. It is our first tree in new home and our two young children will be thrilled when it goes up tomorrow.

Highly recommended and we will definately be returning customers. Thank you White Stores!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ordered my LA rattan 6 seater set with cover and 3.5m cantilever parasol. Excellent price. Kept well informed of delivery. Was called on the day of delivery and given a time slot. Will be ordering more and will definitely recommend White Stores. Thank you! I love my garden suite.

Bought a rattan sofa set about 3 years ago, Service and delivery was professional and quick. So impressed we have returned this year to buy a table and chair set. Thank you.

Review number 1: 1 star-Long delivery time but kept informed. Nova 6 piece rattan set ordered. Delivered to front drive on a pallet. No option to have it placed in position or assembled. One element alone weighed 58kg (9stone). I am a middle aged woman living alone. No idea how I am going to get it into my garden. Have suggested to White Stores that they at least mention these facts on their website. They are uninterested. Please be aware.



**update. Review number 2: From 1 star to 4 star. White Stores arranged for someone to come to my home, to move and assemble my furniture. I was very pleased with the resolution to the problem. I have since been in touch with them, just to ask again that customers be made aware of the dimensions and weight of some of the packages. They have said that they are considering ways to update the website. **

Poor logistics and no delivery confirmation for goods ordered, so disappointing in terms of management. Goods finally arrived today but had no written confirmation of date or time - luckily I was home. Very helpful driver and smiley. Product very good and pleased with order once arrived, although it was not late - I just had no idea when. Perhaps we are just so used to automated customer information these days.

Such a shame that the customer service has not followed through to the initial expectations.

After ordering a few items and initially expecting the item to arrive within 5 days to then except the items to arrive a few weeks later, but with continual delays and unfollowed promises, I’m afraid I have been left very under whelmed with this company.

The product itself is lovely and I cannot fault that, however for the amount of money we have spent the service was absolutely not there and I would be very reluctant to recommend. �

I left a Google review yesterday as the table we have received as part of our set has an issue with the bolts that fix it together. I was unhappy as we were promised a call back. We did get a call back late last night for which I was thankful for but the matter is currently still ongoing. I am slightly more reassured that this will get resolve quickly but we will see. I cannot update my Google review as the website is down. The chap my husband spoke to has been very helpful to be fair and I hope to upgrade my review as I believe it only fair to give White Stores a chance to remedy this. From what I have seen so far, other than the issue with the table, the set is lovely.

Took £2000.. from my account for my order and held my money in there account for 3 weeks when I rang to ask where my order was told they don't deliver to diff address .. so why the hell they keep my money .. no calls no email .. to explain till I rang . Should not give choice to deliver to diff address ..got emails I sent to prove ..offer me a discount .. then didn't take off my order and the goods arrived faulty .. going to copy in the director and let him see the farce he has for a workforce .,,

Never have I been spoken to so rudely in a store.

Made out to feel very stupid, spoken to as if I should’ve known the price of every item.

Snatched paper from my hand which was a receipt for someone else’s purchase, we weren’t to have known this!

Won’t be returning

Interestingly I wrote a review of our White Stores delivery on Twitter, but I have now been 'blocked' from visiting them on Twitter! We ordered £700 worth of garden furniture from this company and, having been given our delivery slot and waiting in all Friday morning (missing an appointment) no one turned up! After calling we were told that there had been a problem with the van and it would be delivered on Monday (we would not have known this had we not called ourselves). Our furniture arrived on Monday morning and was promptly plonked on the driveway on a wooden pallet with the delivery driver informing me that "I would have to break it down or burn it as they weren't allowed to do any more than that". My husband came home that evening and had to move everything I to the garden himself and assemble the whole thing himself and, after several trips to the tip with the packaging, we are still stuck with a huge pallet in our garden. Terrible customer service considering how much we spent on this furniture.....we may as well have bought it from IKEA! I'm sure this review will be removed and I will be blocked from viewing it, but that will just sum up our experience!
