Wow, just wow. I can't fault the service and staff at all, was totally professional, quick, friendly and the food was outstanding. I found out that the old owners left and got there son (Nick) to takeover. All I can say is that he has done such an amazing job and they would be proud of him.

I'd like to say thank you for making our day such a delight and we have already planned another booking later this year.

Would recommend there service to anyone and everyone.

Nick, Mairi and team created a fantastic hot buffet for our big day and everyone commented how good the food tasted. They helped with so many other things on the big day and went above and beyond what we asked of them. Very friendly and would highly recommend.

Nick and his team catered our wedding last week at Hoath House in Kent and we can not fault the food or the service one bit. We originally booked last year and it was Nick's father that we met and had the tasting through yes but Nick was always part of the business so when we were told it would be him cooking on the day it didn't bother us one bit.



The entree's and Main were both cooked very well, the professionalism and speed with which they were brought out was impeccable, they remembered all the dietary requirements of our guests and went above and beyond with the service on the night. It was absolutely pouring down with rain all day but they showed up on time and we never heard a tiny bit of complaining about having to walk in the pouring rain to and from the venue all the night. They packed everything up and tidied when they left so well that you could hardly tell they were there.



5 star service with a smile. Thank you Nick for making our wedding run just that little bit more smoothly.

A family member was really excited to be using this caterer for their wedding day, but then were delayed in getting responses to their emails and found out that the owners had moved to Spain and passed the business onto their son. They were booking the company on the tasting and food that was provided by a different person and had not any dealings with the new owner. They feel they have been cheated as they are not receiving the service they bought into. They requested a refund which has been refused and have been forced to find caterers elsewhere as they do not trust this company.

Took money and then without any notification left the business to someone else who we'd never met, or tasted food. Did not reply to emails for months. Jo is cold and ruthless.

Horrendous experience from start to finish.



We originally booked Whitehead catering off the back of being made a load of promises, which clearly they couldn't keep. Having paid our money, we were then ignored for several weeks and then told it wouldn't be the chef or food we had been promised. Furthermore, whilst I cannot fault Chris, Jo was rude, heartless, and simply said that it was 'our problem to sort out'.



Quite simply, the worst customer service I have ever received.

Be VERY CAUTIOUS! They will take your money and not honour their agreement! Proceed CAREFULLY if you want to risk a dodgy company. I'm sure they'll be on watchdog soon!
