Breastmilk provides information, not just nutrition- it‚Äôs a complex form of communica...tion that is dependent on the endocrine system, the emotional body, the brain and the physical body. _ Besides the wonderful life long bond & deeply rooted connection you establish with your baby, breastfeeding also encourages the uterus to contract back to its normal size. Breastfeeding can burn up to 600 calories daily- so you need to eat & stay well hydrated to maximize production. From breastfeeding alone you may lose a pound of pregnancy weight every week. Breastfeeding is also linked to lower lower incidences of breast cancer later in life. I‚Äôd like to honor the serious challenges that can make it difficult & nearly impossible for some women to manage breastfeeding. It wasn‚Äôt the joyous walk in the park that we had naively presumed it would be before our first babies arrived. ūüćąūüćą Kate had to manage her baby going into icu and becoming overly familiar with ...a breast pump quickly. I had a tiny baby who wouldn‚Äôt latch and started to lose weight, combined with a nasty bout of mastitis. ūüćąūüćąHowever, with support from friends and family, plus community help at the Baby Cafe in Oxford, we got there (bleeding nipples and all ūüėĶ)! ūüćąūüćą Anyone who wants to, should be given all the support possible. Being a first time mum I had no clue what I was looking for in a pram and didn't really want to just go to Mothercare or Toys R Us and hope I got someone willing to help. After a google search and reading the reviews here, I visited Whites Farm and am really glad I did.

Sara was really helpful in explaining things to consider when picking a pram and was happy for me to push around as many prams as possible. I shortlisted to 2 and again Sara was happy to take time to tell me how the pram went up and down, what was included and colour options etc. Despite being there for almost 2 hours I never felt rushed or any pressure to purchase.

I was also really pleased that once the pram came in I was able to leave with them until it was convenient to collect and that they were able to arrange for me to collect the pram set up, and with a full run through of how it all went together again.

Bubs is now 10 weeks old and I am really pleased with the choice I made all those months ago.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
