It was a TEAlight to meet you Prue!

What a fantastic find this place is. We popped in for a cuppa and cake and were so impressed with the French lady (I think) who was working on Thursday 2nd November at lunch time. SHe went above and beyond to help my Aunty who can only eat gluten free. She deserves a medal! The hot choc is to die for, as were the sandwiches and cakes. Just wonderful, can’t fault this place one bit!

User

Very welcoming staff. Very large selection of teas. I tried the Peony tea with a slice of Victoria Sandwich. Made a lovely change from a coffee chain. Will definitely visit a Whittards if I have the chance in the future.

User

This is our favorite tea spot in London. If you are in the Covent Garden area it is an especially wonderful location. Our friend Luka is an amazing host! The service is spectacular, the tea selection is amazing and we highly recommend Whittard of Chelsea!!

User

Stumbled across this yesterday in Covent Garden. Great choice of tea and cakes and staff were friendly and helpful. Shall be going back with my other half next time we are in London!

User

Lovely quant tea room. Staff were friendly and explained the teas. As a non tea drinker it was great that they also had a vast selection of coffees and hot chocolates.

If you are in Convent Gardens you must visit. We didn’t have any food but what we saw looked delicious 💕

User

Lovely little spot for some delicious treats. My partner had the hot chocolate and he was very impressed. I tried the English Rose tea which was beautiful. My Victoria sponge was a tad stodgy and felt like it was just brought out of a fridge but the foccacia with ham and mustard cheese was the business!

User

Lovely little shop , visit every time in London ....only problem we had was that we could not buy a cream cake to take away...

User

It was my first time at this lovely place. All the staffs are amazing. Lovely food and drinks. Will definitely come again, and that next time will be with my friends.

User

Had the pumpkin and spice tea for the first time in store and it was amazing. Will be purchasing more online in the future

User

Had a beautiful warm scone & a vanilla sundae blend tea. My husband also had a scone, and a cappuccino. A lovely place, great service, gorgeous food. The shop next door is also fabulous. A real find. Hidden gem.

User

Great service. Brilliant choice of teas. I had the strawberry and mint fruit infusion.

Also had savoury muffins with mature cheddar and marmite. Great filler meal.

Staff extremely polite and knowledgeable

Well worth a visit if you know where to go (downstairs)

User

Great selection of pastries and sandwiches! The staff is super nice and give good advice. The scones, clotted cream and jam are heaven <3

User

User

User

Absolutely beautiful Tea Room with an amazing afternoon tea. Relaxed environment in a heritage location. Great service and overwhelming selection of teas.

User

This place is lovely. It is small and neat with comfortable seats and friendly staff. the warm scones always get a thumbs up from me too and I am slowly working my way through the 100+ teas on offer.

If I had to add a bad point it would be that if there is a performer on in the courtyard the noise can clash with the peaceful atmosphere

User

I've been there yesterday with a friend of mine for a short break.... I would like to have a real English cup of tea... And the dream that I wished came true.... And the waitress was so nice (I remember Marta who cared of us all the time...) and the atmosphere was so warm and comfortable.... So I recommend everybody to have a nice and warm afternoon tea here...

User

Visited on Saturday 7th about 11am. The tea room was very quiet.

Good cup of tea in pleasant surroundings, marred by the four members of staff who spent the entire time chatting and laughing around the till point. We had almost finished before one of them came over to see if everything was alright and we had to break into their conversation to get the bill.
