Exercise of the week - Dumbbell Chest Press The dumbbell chest press closely mimics the bench press. This exercise not only works the muscles of the chest but also the shoulders and triceps. Lie down on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand. Push the dumbbells up so that your arms are directly over your shoulders and your palms are facing up. This will be your starting point. Lower the dumbbells down and a little to the side of the chest until your elbows are slightly be...low shoulders. As you breathe out push the dumbbells back up. Complete the movement for a suitable number of reps to push you towards your goals. OR Make sure you give this exercise a try the next time you are in the gym.

Sessions For Tots & Teens
We have a some excellent classes coming up for Tots and Teens this week.
Tots Football continues tonight for 2-4 year old. Fun sessions for future football stars. Come along tonight at 5.00pm and sign up for the remaining 8 weeks and watch your child's skills develop each week.
... Tomorrow we have the return of our TeenFit Programme, from 5-6pm tomorrow night the gym will be open for 12-15 year olds. £4.00 for the session, teens will be supervised by a qualified gym instructor.
