Winchester City Dance

Child and Adult Dance classes located in central Winchester.

Winchester City Dance offers a variety of classes from ages 2 upwards! Our classes currently include Adult Ballet (for beginners + ), Baby Ballet (2-5 yrs), Primary Ballet (5-7), Grade 1 Ballet (7 + ) and Contemporary (6 + ).

Our Baby Ballet classes is designed to give your little ones a fun start to Ballet while introducing them to the fundamental basics. Classes run every Saturday from 9am - 10am and every Thursday 4. 30-5. 30 pm at All Saints Church Hall. £5 per Class or Pay termly with a 10% discount (FIRST CLASS FREE).
Our Adult Ballet classes for beginners is designed to be a relaxed environment to learn or re-learn basic ballet steps. This class is a way to learn new skills and also an excellent way to tone up without even noticing! Classes are £7 or 10% termly discounted fee (FIRST CLASS FREE). Every Thursday 7. 30-8. 30pm at All Saints Church Hall.

Our Primary Ballet class is for 5-7 year olds and is designed to teach your child the basic ballet techniques and steps, ready for their journey into graded ballet. In this class, your child can complete their first ballet examination under IDA. Every Saturday 10-11am at All Saints Church Hall. £5 per class, or pay termly with a 10% discount (FIRST CLASS FREE).
Contemporary is for those aged 7 upwards and runs Thursdays 5. 30-6. 30pm at All Saints Church Hall. In this class students can enter examinations and begin to gain UCAS points. Classes are £5 or pay termly with a 10% discount (FIRST CLASS FREE).

Grade 1 Ballet is for those 7 upwards and allows students to begin to enter graded, examined ballet. Classes run every Saturday 11am-12pm at All Saints Church Hall. The class is £6 or pay termly with a 10% discount (FIRST CLASS FREE).
Private dance classes are also available for a range of styles and events.

Classes are taught by a BA (Hons) Choreography and Dance Graduate, with qualifications in RAD Ballet and ISTD Tap and Modern. NATD and IDA Trained also. DBS Checked.
