Went to Winter Wonderland on the 28th of December and the best part of the whole visit was Cirque Berserk.

I thought it was gonna be the usual stuff you see but how wrong was I?

I sat there the whole time, wide eyed and gobsmacked. It was amazing. I even found myself squealing a few times too....Honestly the best thing I've watched in a long time.

User

We went on New Year's Day - the last day from around 2pm to about 6pm, really lovely time......no queue to get in.

rides are quite expensive.

Some of the rides were £9 each and the more young kids ones were around £3-£5 each. If you had to go on with your kid due to age or height restrictions - it increased what you was spending on each ride. Hot drinks were quite pricey - but we all had a super time!!!. We will go back next year. Tip. Go on new years day and park your car in the side roads as no charge :) xx

User

We went New Year's Day evening, really lovely time...... took a while to get in because of the security checks but I felt really safe!

Yes rides are exspensive but we had a great time and so did our children 👌🏻

See you next year xx

User

Was in winter wonderland in the middle of December with my girlfriend we had a absolutely amazing time going on rides ice skating drinking hot cider and eating lots of goodies even won a teddy it was an amazing experience and to top it all off the other day I got a letter in the mail with my driving license in it and a card from winter wonderland I wasn't even aware that I had lost it I would like to thank who ever found it and took the time to mail it back to me here in manchester

User

I had a magnific experience in Wonderland park.. the attractions are incredible, the toys, the attractions and the food, are to be welcomed.

I am looking forward to going back..Super recommand!

User

Havent been to winter wonderland in years and it has improved with age. Fab time for all the family. The rides are expensive but very much worth it. Food was delish and such a variety of things to do here. A great day out just bring plenty of money with you to fully enjoy the day. Xx

User

Had the best afternoon here yesterday afternoon before heading off for the New Years fire works, no issues getting in all

Queues moved quickly & smoothly, all staff we came across where friendly & helpful (although some did point us in the wrong direction, but no biggie) we had a bottle of water & a small bottle of coke on us on the way in & nobody questioned us although it wouldn’t have been the end of the world if they had. We had pre booked the ice bar & bar hutte which where both so much fun, especially bar hutte, Christmas karaoke. Rides are a lil pricey but no more than I would have expected to be honest. All in all a tip top day

User

We were in the evening December 28 everything was bright but too many people. Much various food to eat, the food is not very chip, and there is no place to sit. There were some interesting souvenir shops. My child was not interested in those carousels and she didn't ride either.

User

Our first time ever at Wonderland. Arrived around 4:30 and stayed for 4 hrs. Since we are a family of 6 we had to ensure everyone had a great time on the eve of 2018. The Magical Ice kingdom was lovely and COLD. Couldn’t take pictures cos the flash on my IPhone 7+ refused to work. It was that COLD! Afterwards the kids went on several outdoor rides as well as the haunted house. It was a great experience. Will surely visit again👍

User

Much better than it was a couple of years ago, loads to do for children and adults. A good day out for free.

Shame about most of the food being German Sausages and associated items, German beer tasted nice though.

User

Loved Cinderella on Ice and would recommend this for families the skaters were brilliant and really entertaining. Some of the rides and amusements are expensive but no more than other similar events but were good. As we had tickets for the show we got fast tracked through the crowds (which were not too bad for New Year's Eve).

User

If you can avoid one of the peak days and are prepared to pay 4/5 a ride then you’ll enjoy this experience. It gets better each year, you don’t have to spend money though to enjoy it if you don’t want too..

User

A wonderful place to with family but following things needs to improve:

* Eating places have so similar prices that it seems like there are few groups behind the whole eating arrangement.

* No tagging on eating products that if is suitable to Vegetarians, Vegan or Halal.

* Should have plenty of sign boards to denote Toilets, Exit gate with numbers.

* Kids under 5 years should have discounted ride fares like everywhere in England.

User

☹️ food 🥘 stools in abundance- tried Herman sausage hotdog with onions- not cooked soggy roll and kverlg priced... nothing for adults if you are past being flung in the air spin into knlivion or rocketed into space ☹️☹️. Queued for nearly an hour so cages could be searched and to top of off really Cold, damp and breezy. Won't be back next year ....

User

We loved the ice skating and the magical ice kingdom was amazing. The circus was disappointing and the food and rides were very expensive. We loved the German stalls and food and drinks and it was lovely sitting around a open fire. Staff and sercurity were friendly

User

I loved the ice magic kingdom.

Shame it was very expensive for the Rides etc.

My youngest son wasn’t kin on as it well to busy & couldn’t take my older son as he’s has autism and it’s not very friendly for some children/ adults with disabilities. Something I feel should be taken in consideration for next year so we can all go!

User

I did enjoy it but there were a few problems I disliked. Some of the staff were rude especially when asking where the public toilets were at!, also Queing up was a pain for one of the rollercoaster which the staff didn’t bother to help and move up. They stood there.. the sweet treats wasn’t great, the cotton candy tasted funny so I had throw away.

User

Most of the rides my grandson could not go on without an adult with him. The tokens were a £1 each and most rides were £4/£5 for a child and £5/£6 and more for an adult. This meant that a ride would cost you £10 plus in most cases. The sweets were very expensive pick a mix 100g for £2.50/£2.99. The floor had metal sheets but there seemed to be rivers and lakes of water underneath making walking across them difficult. You also couldn’t take in any juice filled bottles for the children. It was a good evening but I don’t think we would go again.

User

I had a horrific experience on the kids carousel whilst taking my infant. We had given the tokens and are stepping in; they closed the gates in my face and the woman in charge behind said “if you just push it; it will open” as soon as I did that I had two people screaming at me; especially one old guy who firstly thought I’m Arab and can’t speak English; he got into my face screaming “gates closed for a reason why did you open it”; once I told him the girl behind us told us to open it he screamed again telling me “no she didn’t”; at this point I screamed at him to get out of my face and confirm before barking at me. He went and confirmed in fact she did tell me to open the gate; and in sheer humiliation then came and opened the gate and let us in with the kids to sit down who also experienced this rude ass s**t in my face barking at me.

I would never recommend anyone to take bulls**t from ignorant uneducated people like that especially when your paying to use their attractions.
