So essentially:

1. It’s not exclusive, in the UK, if a website based in the US, sells it too.

2. It’s slow delivery if I fail to attend to a customs notice, maybe I will just ignore it until my country’s authorities return it to the sender.

3. Why wasn’t I told about duties and taxes levied by my country of residence, it is all the fault of the foreign merchant.

4. Why didn’t anyone tell me I had to tie the shoelaces on these, you guys made me miss regionals this year.

5. OMG no one told me I was meant to wear them on my feet, aren’t these the new Metcon gloves.



Great work, doing well, some serious whiteboard leader contenders here for the next AMLOLAP.

Placed my order late on a Monday night (just before midnight) and received it on the Wednesday afternoon!! Plenty of emails to keep me updated on my order and I'm so happy with my lifters � will definitely be using this site again....next on the wish list....no Bulls �

Ordered 3 times from the company now and couldn't be more impressed. When I had questions on sizing they got back to me straight away and deliveries have always come on time. Great as they sell items from the US which are hard to track down in UK. Will always try support them

My sister was literelly dreaming about a pair of Nobull trainers, when I found it on WIT website and decided to treat her with a birthday gift. They always have the latest releases and the coolest ones too.

I have ordered it to get them delivered to Brazil as it is not easy to find them over there, also buying online was much easier for me than going to the shop buy them. Everything went absolutely well. I received the dispatch notification and the tracker number through email and messenger after 2 days I had made the order.

In 11 days after ordering it my sister got them in Brazil and she couldn't be happier...

I will definitely shop with them again!

I was worried by recent reviews but had been recommended ordering through the company by people in the box. Bit the bullet and ordered on 27th December. Got the dispatch notification 29th advising delivery on the second with the tracking number. Even got a text this morning telling me what time it would be delivered. Outstanding.



Mistakes can be made and it's never nice for those on the receiving end, however in my case the service was fantastic. Won't hesitate to order again. Thanks!

Absoulty amazing service from WIT fitness. Brought a pair of romaleos 3 last September the tonge ripped on them recently and within 7 days I had a new pair. No con to try avoid replacing which is an expensive product. Nice fast contact with a representative and sorted..can't fault service like that. Thank you WIT time to go lift 😉.

My son order me a Nike vest for Father’s Day it arrived but the item was to big, I returned it unfortunately I used the address on the invoice and I emailed the company they informed me they had vacated the store 2 months ago. I was asked to attempt to reclaim it through Royal Mail which wasn’t possible, I had various emails between myself and Kate from Wit Fit who was excellent and professional throughout this period I asked for replacement item in a smaller size but unfortunately the had non in stock. I then I asked for a refund which Kate duly did. I can only speak for my experience and I was happy with the customer service I received. The only negative is I would like Wit to have a phone number rather than just email contact.

I was reluctant to buy from here based on the reviews, but the deal was too good to pass up. Ordered Thursday night. Arrived this morning. Can't go wrong really.



My only gripe is that i'd have preferred a pair of trainers that didn't look like they have been tried on multiple times, but for the price I'm happy.

Very disappointed by the customer service with WIT. My fiancé ordered a pair of Rom 3s and was super excited to get these only to have them delivered with a large stain on one of the shoes.



We contacted the customer service team right away and was told that they would send DPD out to collect them however they have now stopped replying to our emails and are yet to pick up the shoes.



He has spent a lot of money on these lifters and wanted to have them in time for the open starting on Friday but looks like that isn’t going to happen now and we are still no closer to finding out when they will collect them or when we will be getting a replacement pair.



Very disappointed! If we don’t get a response soon I will be requesting a refund and purchasing them somewhere else. We were big fans of WIT but as soon as something goes wrong their customer service lets them down and with no number to call it makes getting any answers or responses very difficult!



One very unhappy customer!

Waited a month and 16 days for a pair of “exclusive” Nike metcon 4s. What a joke. Exclusive my ass... how is it exclusive when they sell it at Rogue Fitness too?

Sorry to say it was the worst customer service I ever got!



I ordered a few items (184.96 GBP) to be delivered to Israel on 24/11/17 and than asked to returen them to the sender, due to high fee on behaf of the Isreali company dealing with the parcel.



Ever since I've been waiting to get a refund, but the only answer I get is that WIT didn't get the package back yet.



How am I suppose to deal with it??? I'm not responsible for shipment to or from Israel, but I did pay a looooot of money and didn't get my package!!!



Wit is doing absolutly nothing to help.

Really disappointed and pissed with the customer service provided by WIT. I ordered a pair of “exclusive” Clay Metcon 4’s on the 3rd of March and still have not received them. They delivered my package somewhere else, and i have been emailing them about my order, they either say they’re chasing the order and that they will get back to me, but they never do.



In addition, don’t claim the shoes are exclusive to WIT, when they sell them at rogue for cheaper! I feel like I’ve wasted my time and patience when i could’ve made my life easier.



And i still have not received the shoes! I was told they were going to pick up the package they delivered to someone else back to me. So am i supposed to receive a package that could possibly be open and used?



When will i receive a response and my shoes? If I don’t receive a response soon, I will be requesting a refund and getting them somewhere else where i should’ve done in the first place.



How does a company not have a landline for customer service?



Sadly to say, i probably won’t be ordering from WIT anymore.

I´m SO disappointed about the consumer service!!! My girlfriend ordered me a pair of No Bull Trainers together with a pair of Nike Rom 3. I received both pair yesterday and when opened op the box, I couldn't believe my eyes! The No Bull shoes they had send was USED!! with serious use marks on them?? I wrote them back and told them to send me a NEW pair of shoes ASAP!! I would expected them to agree, instead they said I have to return the shoes before they will send me a new pair and then they would return the cots for sending the shoes back!!??



In my world thats not good enough! its there mistake, there lose.

If it was possible to award 0 stars I would. Right now they have had my money for 21 days, having sent the wrong shoes. It wasn’t even like it was slightly off. I ordered a pair of women’s Reebok Nano size 7. They sent me a pair of men’s size 10.5 in a totally different colour scheme. Since then it has been a constant battle to get a response to emails. I’m still waiting for DPD to come and collect the wrong shoes so that they can send the right ones as I refuse to pay to return the wrong shoes. They’ve offered a 10% discount but doesn’t seem worth it now. They ignore emails and there is no phone number to get hold of them. Supremely p’d off here. They were supposed to be a Xmas present but they won’t arrive in time now. Utter farce.

I shop a lot online and this is my worst ever online experience. The WIT website says 3-5 working days delivery. I ordered shoes 3 weeks ago as a Christmas gift for my wife, received no updates on delivery, other than it was "delayed", and have not any response from WIT. They have no phone number on their website and extremely unresponsive. Never buy from WIT, just go directly to the supplier (No Bull etc.)

I sent back trainers for a size exchange 28/12/17 (which have been signed for as received). And i have heard nothing back since. I have emailed several times, and have received back only a generic email. No confirmation from the company that the trainers have been received, and no confirmation whether an exchange is possible or whether a refund will be required. It says on the email that an exchange will take 2-3 working days. It has been 2 weeks now since i returned them.I bought the trainers as a christmas present for my partner, and i am eager to get an exchange to give them to him. Could somebody please advise me of the next step to take as none of my emails have beeen personally replyed too. Thank you

I ordered a pair of trainers for my partner, after waiting 2 weeks I finally got in contact with someone named Kate, she told me my order had been picked and was ready for dispatch, 5 days later I received an email stating they didn’t have my order in stock, why not just tell the truth first time.

Won’t try ordering for you ever again.

I had ordered a gift voucher to be given on Christmas and I was really disappointed that it didn't arrive on time. I tried to email but I got a response after Christmas stating that the information was on the confirmation email. There was nothing on there that could be used so I responded asking them to show me where it was. To which they then sent me an email to say the voucher was being dispatched today! There was no apology which I thought would go a long way considering the fact that I could not give the gift. I would not recommend ordering from them.
