Witham Way Country Park

Witham way country park is a nature reserve and BBQs are NOT permitted!

As the day is coming that the "Friends of Witham Way Country Park " will be dissolved , I am hoping that the council will carry on with the upkeep of the park , as Pete has done over the past 17 years . This may be either as themselves or by getting someone else to form a similar group to the one that Pete formed in the beginning.

Feeling a bit unsure of what to do , the friends of witham way country park volunteer group is going to be wound up , as in cease being , therefore I will not be able to answer any queries of any sort about the park , so as I said before if anyone has any problems ( until another group is formed , if one is ?) Boston Borough Council will be your first point of call on the telephone number at the entrance to the park , it is with regret that Peter Desforges (chairman) has made the decision with my agreement (vice chair) that this is to happen at the end of this year , we wish the council and or a new group who wish to take the job on all the best for the future x
