We chose Woodys for our wedding 2 days ago. We had the most perfect day. The setting is beautiful. Could not fault anything, the staff were all amazing. The food was perfectly presented came out hot and the waitresses and waiters were so efficient. Stuart did a fantastic job organising and planning and being our MC. Thank you so much To the whole team you are amazing!

The venue for my daughters wedding on the 07/10/17, Chelsea and Adam, all under one roof, Marriage ceremony, three course wedding meal with drinks, excellent staff and service were brilliant, fast and efficient, then time out for wedding photos, while the staff rearranged the room for the evening disco and hot and cold buffet, which went without a hitch thanks to the management and staff who made it a perfect day, and the onsite accommodation was brilliant too, from lake side log cabins to hotel rooms and lodges, spotlessly clean and central heated, all round fantastic day and venue,Mick and Julie, Manchester.

Lovely lunch for my Dads 90th Birthday. Great staff very helpful and kind

Loved the place very picturesque and peaceful even though very busy the only downside was not enough showers and they far away if you non electric also had meal from bar snacks not very nice no need for all that green stuff think it was rocket tasted of perfume so couldn't enjoy cajun mayo and chips were undercooked but maybe it was manic but definitely going to come again

First time for Sunday dinner today, excellent service, yummy food and all for a great price!

Been going to woodys for a few years. Lovely hot bar meals and polite staff. Super impressed to see they only use paper straws now instead of plastic. My girls loved the red and white paper straws so much they took theirs home!

Ate here last night with my husband and daughter. Great service, and our meals were excellent, would recommend the fish and burgers in a flash. Definitely will be back

Under staffed and over priced! Knowing their will be loads of thirsty bikers coming on a hot summer night and not putting enough staff on to cope with them is one thing! Charging £1:60 for a squash is expensive! I shal not be going for a drink here again!
