Our family farm is situated near Queenswood countrypark in the beautiful county of Herefordshire.
A very rural county with fantastic scenery and friendly people. Farming is very important to this region; it is a way of life that has continued throughout the generations but like any business, we have had to adapt and change with the times. In the 1980’s we began producing eggs from free ranging hens - to the highest animal welfare and egg production standard i. e RSPCA Freedom Food and BEIC lion code.

Since then we have won many awards from The Flavours of Herefordshire “Producer of the Year” to a mention in Rick Stein’s book “Food Heroes”. As a result customers began to purchase our hens and feed.

This progressed to on-farm fabrication of poultry housing and runs. Nowadays, we open our farm shop to the public from Tuesday – Saturday and sell everything necessary to keep poultry – a range that just keeps expanding. So much so that we are currently diversifying once again to reproduce the same formula as we have done with the poultry (i. e. hens, housing, feed, equipment etc. ) but for sheep, pigs, alpacas, pygmy goats, and cattle – together with free advice before and after purchase.

We are also stocking a range of equestrian products, small animal feed and wild bird feed and housing.
