Iv been to 2 other gyms in Harlow and I have found this one to be the best so far. I love the fact it has a ladys only gym, small but nice if you feel uncomfortable out in the main gym. Iv never done classes before but I have started classes over the last couple of weeks and I have enjoyed all,even though im in complete agony and bright red faced afterwards. The staff are pleasant and there's always someone to help or just chat to. I don't train in the evenings but my husband does, he says it's always busy but never had a problem getting on equipment. Also the cleaners are doing a fantastic job and are always around doing something.

Great gym and great atmosphere and most of all glad to be back

I love it here, so glad my son recommended it to me. The BEST gym I've been to. So much equipment to choose from and lots of classes to go to.

The personal training group was great, thoroughly enjoyed that and looking forward to my one-to-one personal training session. I like that you get points for attending and checking in which will give you bonus points for gifts or even money off of things.

Also, as I work in a school I was even given a discount so it's even more value for money...Just keeps getting better.�🖒

I've told all my friends about it and hopefully some of them will join.

Always love it there, however I would like to do the 8 week transformation. But work shifts can't always guarantee that i'll be available to attend specific days. If the courses were more flexiable, i would be able to attend. Could do 3 days a week but won't always be the same days.

Good gym just one rant, They got 2 of most equipment except seated row machine, one of my favs, they can't be that expensive ,oh and not the cardio ones. �

All staff are friendly, polite and helpful. I feel they are let down by the time it seems to take to get faulty equipment back working. It seems to take not days but several weeks and this really is disappointing at busy times in the gym.

Very friendly staff good motivation from the PT’s in class they are very passionate about what they do.

The classes are a bit of a let down at the moment the reason I joined was mainly for the classes.

It seems just as I get used to doing a class it changes to something else or the day changes and I can’t attend.it’s real shame and little unmotivating I do understand that you are never going to please everyone.

I would like to see better evening classes such as

LBT

BodyPump

Body combat

Abs

Maybe circuit class

Kettlebell Class

There doesn’t seem to any upper body classes either

To could,to expensed and en stand too pay 20£ I pay 22£ per month and I donat know way!

The gym is good but music is awful . Kiss f.m and the televisions are not working again!

Nice gym, nice people. Sadly sometimes there are far too many people in there and you can't get on the machines. Also, false advertsing is misleading as there are no abs classes or legs bums tums classes in the evening and this needs to change.

I loved this gym when it open, it has everything you need and great value for money.... But....



Recently I’ve noticed the lack of maintenance to the equipment



Cable machine - I find myself counstently tighting up the bolts with my hands.

Boxing bags - theres only two out of the four available and these are badly worn and barely holding together by duct tape

The stairs - the stairs edge capping has come away, health and safety ?

The access turn stalls are still out of action

The vending machine is out of action

Water machine upstairs - tap is loose



You can never find the weights, dumbbells or various types of Gym handles when you want, as the starff never seem to tidy things up.



As a whole a good Gym, but I question the management.

Too hot and the list of broken machines is ever increasing because they never get fixed. Won’t renew once my contract ends in December

This gym is a no no no, they reap people off their money. My experience with them was horrible. I paid £29 registration fee was booked for an induction with a personal trainer. On induction day, personal trainer was no where to be found and i was rebooked same thing happens twice with no form of apology or explanation! Within a month of being registered, i was still not able to do an induction. 3 months later after cancelling my membership i was sent a bill of £260

Rubbish and their collection company don’t understand when you’ve actually cancelled a membership. Avoid signing up with these crooks they try to charge you even after you’ve cancelled your membership then don’t respond to your messages. Join a gym that is a rolling contract and not a con �

Place is a joke and huge rip off day late on payment and been hit with a £25 fee ontop of the £15 membership fee .... then for me to even cancel my contract which by the way ran out in February I will have to pay a further £15 that’s £55 for being a day late on a payment !!!! Then called up and got no answers what so ever just got told to read terms and conditions sorry but I want answers not to be told to read it

I registered my son of 15 years old, (I informed this age), and after 3 days this Gym cancell the subscription, because He must go together to registerer person. All situation that I don´t sign in his contract, this situation isn´t informed in this moment

And This "gym" don´t return the money, don´t leave to train , don´t reply my emails, and don´t have a solution in this problem.

I am absolutely disgusted I’ve had the same, I only pay 11.99 a month and now they have charged me 36!!! Head office were so rude manager wouldn’t take my call apparently his name is Luke McGregor, Guy jake I spoke to so a smug little bastard didn’t know how to deal with customer complaints at all sounded about 12. I am fuming I offered to pay the 11.99 and he refused I would never recommend this chain of gyms to anyone and I will be reporting to trading standards

Great when i signed up - until the classes started going down hill.



Advised the manager i will be looking elsewhere once the 12 months was up.



This morning I receive a threatening text telling me I am in default. That unless I pay the amount for this month, PLUS the additional fees they have now added I will be referred to a debt collector.



They say you have to fill out a form and give 30 days notice to cancel.



I have never had such shocking behaviour on leaving a gym before.



Cheap gym, cheap service....be careful if you join.
