Rules for the squat.
... Weight - your bodyweight. No time limit. Can stop to break but the bar can't be racked, once racked your done. Any reps not atleast just above parallel will not be counted, not asking for ass to grass but no half reps!!!

I tried out the spin class on Saturday, great set up and music � I will def be making it a regular part of my routine. Get on it folks
