Wow wow wow!! Had a fantastic memorable week touring Croatia and Montenegro. Loved every minute! We were able to tailor our own route and went from Dubrovnik to Montenegro to Split, stopping in Tivat, Kotor, Mljet, Hvar to name a few. The Catamaran ‘Ginger’ was great- clean, comfortable. The Yacht Getaways crew were so friendly, couldn’t do enough for you and went above and beyond. They recommended some amazing restaurants where the fish was the best I’ve ever tasted and the wine tasting evening in Hvar was perfect. Can’t wait to do it all over again!

We spent months planning with Dal at the head office. Our excitement built over the months of waiting. Finally the day came to meet our hosts Tommy and Laura at the port in Athens! We rented the 46' Leopard Catamaran which is such a beautiful boat with all the modern conveniences! Tommy and Laura were the best hosts we could have asked for. Tommy was a very knowledgeable and fun skipper while Laura was our hostess who prepared the most beautiful breakfasts and lunches. This trip far exceeded our expectations and have given us a love for sailing. We plan on booking a trip to Croatia next!

We just returned from a week in Croatia and it was an amazing experience due to our captain Ron and Host Cate! It was both our birthdays and they went out of their way to make it an amazing experience! The waters of Croatia are so beautiful! A vacation I will never forget! We have made forever friends on this trip!

We just finished a fantastic trip in Greece! Mike and Katherine are great people.

We have just ended a terrific week touring the Greek Cyclades. Our Skipper Freddie's yachtmanship combined with host Annie's excellent culinary skills made for a memorable experience. Can't rate this highly enough.

We had very high expectations for our week sailing around Croatian islands....and I am happy to report that our week on Santorin with Ed and Alice far exceeded our expectations many times over. It was amazing - the yacht, the places we stopped, the food...everything Highly recommended to anyone thinking of using Yacht Getaways. We WILL be back!!!!

We had a super time sailing the Cyclades Islands and the crew made an extra effort to be sure that we all had an excellent experience and they truly did a great job. If you’re looking for a paradise experience we can really recommend this sailing adventure

To echo my wife's comments below, we had an AMAZING time on our Catamaran trip in Croatia and believe the team did an excellent job in meeting our needs and requests in a professional manner.



I must provide an additional SHOUT OUT to our "hostess with the mostest" Cate, who continually exceeded our expectations each and every day.



In addition to Cate getting us each a small cake on our respective birthdays (yummy), when I asked for help to get some flowers for my wife's birthday that Cate was unable to locate on the island consumes, Cate HAND PICKED some flowers and placed on the breakfast table for her!



The kicker was on the very last day, when 30 mins before leaving the boat, Michele and I spent our last moments lying on the front netting and while getting up to leave, Michele dropper her wooden hair pin in the water - Cate immediately dropped the dingy and manually rowed to the front of the boat to retrieve. While I told Cate it was silly to expend so much effort, it was a gift to my wife from a previous travel and Cate successfully retrieved very inexpensive but sentimental item. THANKS CATE - YOU ROCK!!



We are already planning our next birthday trip for next summer, but will be for TWO weeks this time,.. probably both north and south Greece back to back :)

Just returned from an incredible week in Croatia. Can't thank Yacht getaways and the staff enough! Our boat 'Ginger' was exactly what we were after, spotless when we arrived and managed to have some fantastic sails. We started in Dubrovnik and ended in Split and had amazing stops along the way. Particular highlight for me was the farm wine tasting evening on Hvar, a stunning evening. Massive thanks, will certainly be doing the same again next year!

I wanted to thank Yacht Getaways for the best holiday so far! ����



It was an absolutely faultless week around the Greek Islands. Both our skipper and host made us feel so welcome, cooked exceptional meals and provided helpful local knowledge.



We were on one of the superior catamarans which I would definitely recommend. We had a spacious double cabin, plus a large outdoor seating where we could all sit comfortably and enjoy the fresh lunch prepared by our lovely host.



It was a very well organised, relaxed week and we were free to do as we pleased. There was the perfect mix of relaxation on the yacht and exploring new destinations.



We were on the yacht with other like minded people and made some amazing friend.

I have already booked this years holiday with you. Thanks again and I am counting down the days...

Have just completed an amazing trip sailing on Yacht Getaways Superior catamaran through Croatic. The trip exceeded expectations with our amazing host Cate and very experienced host Al. I can't recommend them both and the trip enough. The itinerary, food,staff and yacht were all brilliant - what an amazing trip :)

Firstly, a huge thank you to our wonderful hosts Jo and Colin. You guys know your stuff and made us feel very special and included us in your life's for a week!!

I very rarely write a review on a holiday, but I can honestly say that this was the most magical holiday I have had since my wedding in Grenada. I didn't realise how beautiful Croatia is, clean and full of history. Our skipper and host were full of local knowledge and enjoyed the experiences along with us.

Every island we went to had a new adventure, whether you enjoy exploring the water or the land. I strongly advise going to Hvar, and taking a trip to the farm. Include a little bit of wine tasting and enjoying the food with the most amazing views. Be prepared for simple living accommodations but remember you won't be below deck for long, you won't want to miss one single view!!

Ed and Ben our skipper and host were amazing! And being part of a mixed group, who didn’t know each other worked Fab and we all really bonded!! The Croatian sail was outstandingly beautiful and the stops that Ed planned really well thought through! We will definitely sail again with you!!

Cruising around Croatia is a must- Lisa is the best skipper going round, who can park between a rock and a hard place and Flair our host or chef extraordinaire made, no word of a lie the best food we have had on our 1 month Euro Tour. We got to see the best Croatia had to offer, stunning scenery, secret bays and all with an amazing group. The highlight of our holiday- we highly recommend. Hvalla!!

Best holiday ever! Such an amazing week with lovely people. I want to go straight back and do it all again.

Unfortunately the Quality of boats let you down.



We did 2 separate legs in 3 weeks with Yachting Getaways. Croatia and Cyclades Greece one week later.

We had a Superior catamaran in Croatia (CZen) and Premium catamaran (Calebasse FF) in Greece. Both vessels were 8-10 years old.

The standard of boat really let them down in both cases which was unfortunate since we thought our crew overall were amazing.

We elected to leave the boat early as well, we simply had enough of the cramped conditions, smell and degree of maintenance required on both vessels.

If you don’t set your expectations too high and happy to ‘camp on water’ it would be fine, however with the premium price we found it to be substandard and would not consider another tour with Yachting Getaways unless the quality of the boat could be guaranteed.
