Visited the shop for the first time, the staff were very friendly and greeted me with a smile and cup of tea! I was instantly impressed with the variety, amount of stock and the level of knowledge and advice given about the products. I purchased some large items and the staff were happy to unbox and display them to make sure I bought what I wanted, they offer a great rewards scheme and to finish they offered me a lift with all my tackle back to Sandhurst. An outstanding service.

Ordered some 'custom spec' Steve Neville (the best by a mile in my opinion) 3 rod fixed bars on Monday. Arrived Saturday morning and expected them before Christmas with them being a present.
