Will always book and recommend :) I never had any problems. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, there's always someone at the reception to help you out. The staff is very friendly and always makes me feel at home. I'll try their breakfast next time and can't wait :) :) :)

We loved our overnight stay here. Had a private ensuite room for our family of 4. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely relaxed atmosphere which is great when you have two boys who want to mess around

Stopped for a pizza and couple of beers. Really enjoyed it. Was on a business trip, so eating and drinking solo. Good vibe and decor in the place. Mixture of families and younger folk. I'd definitely go back.

P.S. Cumberland Jennings. That's all.

Stayed here for one night. This is a wonderful place to stay. All the staff are super, kind, courteous , delightful people. High quality , clean , high standard in the rooms. I was with a group of people , so at aged 60 i was in the top bunk and it was fine. Very comfortable , great light . First class quality, cannot praise this place enough . Highly recommended . I will go back, loved it.

I have stayed at this hostel many times. The location is very convenient. It is clean and facilities are of a good standard. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommended it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay on a tight budget.

Great place to stay for business trips or passing through was a little worried about stayin in a hostel and sharing a room but was very clean basic room with decent shower room. Excellent location, opposite the British Library, just a few steps from King's Cross Station. I slept 6 nights in a 4 female dorm and found a very clean and quiete large room with a spacious shower. All the facilities of the hostel will make your journey a positive experience in London. The bar open 24h is fantastic but the staff makes the difference. Everyone is super but a special thank to Enrico who was too kind and helpful!

Excellent hostel and staff. Fantastic location. Great city.

Comfortable bed and a hot shower in central London for £16. Lovely staff. I stayed here for one night before a job interview and it was amazing.

User

Very busy and quite noisy depending on where the room is located. But you don't have to go in a Youth hostel if you want to have a very quiet room, so that was ok with us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are good and the rooms are very clean. And the private rooms have really great bathrooms.

User

Thanks to it's close location to the King's Cross Station, it's very convenient for travelers. However they were lacking hot shower water when I visit there. The staff were kind and friendly.

Stayed for three nights with my family (husband and two teenage boys) in a private en suite room. Lovely clean room and very comfortable beds. All the staff have been very pleasant and cheerful. Great location for accessing central London.

My stay at London St Pancras was fabulous. it is ideally located to visit many tourist spots in central London. The inside atmosphere is typical of youth hostel but with the added flavour of situated in London and people coming from all over the world. All in all, the stay is worth the money you pay. And last but not the least bathrooms are very clean.

I've been a YHA member for about 3 years now and have stayed at all the London venues in that time. Above all else the staff on duty are friendly and helpful.

As with the other London venues, St Pancras was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, due to my late arrival I had to use the top bunk which when I was younger was fun, but now at my age of 62, no longer so. However Charlotte who was on duty in the morning arranged to move me to a different room with a free lower bunk for my 2nd night...VERY much appreciated.

Jonatan who was on duty that next evening was a life saver and printed my boarding pass for the following morning since being a bank holiday none of the regular Printer/Stationers were open.

The rooms were clean and although very basic, its a hostel after all, the bed linen was clean and the bed comfy.

One of the amenities I appreciate the MOST are the bedside night light and the phone charger facility. I did find the lockers in room 601 to be smaller than in other venues (??) and the under bed metal locker in room 401, although more secure, only big enough for my back pack and shoes. Doubt I could have got my suitcase in there. The lockers at Thameside are far more practical in size. However, so far I've never had anything stolen at any of the YHA hostels.

A pot of tea and a fresh delicious muffin for breakfast was exceptionally welcomed and at £3.50 value for money.

I always stay at the YHA on my in-transit journeys through London.

Always welcoming, clean and conveniently located.

I thought it was good for one night in the male dorm, had no issues. I've previously worked for the yha and I bumped into one of the guests from yha Salisbury lol

Excellent location with a helpful and friendly staff. Great efforts have been made to improve the hostel, difficult in an old building, but successful. Bear in mind that the bells are loud from the cathedral, but one shouldn't consider visiting unless tolerant of such things. To me it added to the uniqueness of staying here.

User

Website touted 24 hour access and reception, so I paid in advance with a note saying that I would arrive late and to let me know if there would be an issue. Of course, no response came, so I assumed all was well. I arrived at 4am after a flight delay (not my fault!) and there was no one there. No one answered any of the various phone numbers listed online or in emails. I was left in the cold, locked out of a room I had already paid for, and with no way to squeeze a few hours of sleep in after a very stressful day. Do not recommend this place. Crazy unprofessional.
