You can't fault this place. Great staff, value for money, beautiful latte and decent prices on alcohol. Alphonzo and I have truly enjoyed our stay! Gracias! X

User

What a great and friendly place, was welcoming and my family was able to watch me from the 11 mile post for the London marathon with out any issues.

User

Stayed here yet again☺ Brilliant! Really comfy beds. A special mention to Mo, he's so helpful and happy. Can't fault the hostel at all. If you're travelling from Victoria the C10 bus from there takes you straight to Thameside. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in London now unless I could afford The Dorchester.

User

Stayed here many times with our pupils on residential visit. Staff are always happy and friendly and the food is lovely.

User

Stayed here 12th November 2016 having watched the Lord Mayors show, a visit to the RNLI station at Westminster and firework display on the south bank with 7 Scouts and 3 fellow Scout Leaders. We arrived tired and hungry and were able to relax here after having great food in the in house cafe. As we are Scouts and often camp in tents, this seemed like luxury to us. The staff were fabulous and very helpful and welcoming. The bed was clean and comfortable and my only niggle was that my colleague didn't switch his mobile off at night (it kept 'pinging' to indicate new mail had arrived all night) preventing a proper sleep. Breakfast in the cafe was great too and it didn't take us long to get the bus back into Westminster for the rememberance day service at the cenotaph. We then went on to the Imperial War museum before getting a train home from Waterloo East. Would certainly consider staying there again. Well done and thank you to the staff for having us.

User

Really handy for the centre of London only five minutes walk from the underground but in a nice quiet area so it feels like you're on holiday. Friendly helpful staff. Used it twice now, definitely will return.

User

Had a great time - Brilliant staff, very friend and helpful - especially Mo who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.

Good accomodation and tasty well cooked meals.

Great venue for a trip to London

User

Clean rooms with sockets next to each bed , Wi-Fi available, and restaurant down stairs with a decent food and beverage menu. Lovely staff. Great location.

User

Best hotel best service best quality best place need and clean

User

Amazing will be certainly be doing this again xx

Nice clean friendly, ,breakfast well worth it, ,I'd recommend this accommodation if you're on a budget, ,I'll be sampling other YHAs, ,,;)

User

Very good value for money. Basic facilities. Remember to bring a towel!

User

Stayed here with 44 students on a visit to parliament, from the NW. Lovely facilities and clean comfy rooms. Staff rooms had tea/coffee facilities (well, at least one of them did!)

Breakfast was good value, and set us up for the day.

User

It's a long time since I've stayed in an Hostel and boy have they changed. This one whilst looking a bit battered in the rooms, was clean the beds where comfy, however I would suggest some new pillows as mine was so flat i may as well not have had one I was in agony this morning. The bathing facilities where clean if a little old looking and the communal areas where done out very bright & cheerful. The breakfast was ok nothing to brag about, but then I am a bit fussy. All in all for a one night stay it served its purpose.

User

I stayed here with my girlfriend over the London marathon weekend, I liked it and I'd happily return, it's a good and interesting location and the staff were all very friendly. The only thing I'd mark it down on is the ladder to get onto the top bunk bed, it's very uncomfortable. The steps are far too narrow for bare feet. The bed itself was very comfortable and the ladder could easily be modified. The second night I used the pull out bed and stored our gear on the top bunk. Simples.

User

Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Location was ideal, Just over a mile walk along the banks of the river Thames to tower bridge. Train and bus services very close to hostel. Quiet location, we went in late June.

User

Perfectly adequate but sadly not as nice as others ive stayed in! Strange smell in our room - actually there were a few strange smells but I guess you get what you pay for!

The whole place seems like it's time for a refurb, a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint would do wonders.

User

Very nice people but the thing bout small pillows and 1 blanket not good for me. Tiny ass room been in better for real thought my travels

User

Rooms were adequate for the price paid. However the staff were awful... very ignorant (especially the lady who served our breakfast) slow and miserable. Can’t remember seeing any of the staff smile.

User

Tiny room with bunk beds, not long enough for me, flat pillows had to ask for pillow case, no towels £5 deposit and £2 charge, barely any hot water, no brew facilities in room no wardrobe no telly no parking, staff not very helpful food was basic, never again.

User
