NO CLASS THIS WEEKEND! From 2nd June until the Intensive classes will focus on the animal systems we'll be training during that event.
On Saturday 19th May we reach the final strike of Rooster system, PIERCING (扎 - 'Zha'.) We'll be sure to train the 4 main pillars of Standing, Turning, Striking and Changing, plus martial applications.

Having come to Yin Style Bagua, after spending many years in various systems, I can state that there is absolutely no comparison with the depth of Yin Style Bagua. Any of the eight fighting methods within Yin Style are formidable. Their focus on proper mechanics, technical aspects and real-world applications makes this system the most advanced I've ever studied. The training methodology alone is on par with the latest findings on how we develop and retain new motor skills... and it has been in practice for 150 years. This is an advanced martial system that far outshines the rest that I've experienced.
