I wore my new @michi_ny and you know what?.... I did just wear the crop top and leggings, nothing over it as I usually would and even though there are mirrors everywhere ( so you can check your postures ) I could sometimes see and feel the odd roll here and there around my middle, and I did not care one bit! Zero ego, massive love and respect for myself for getting to the early class and above all self acceptance. ππ½β€οΈ

So this New Year has brought with it some exciting new adventures for me and as such next Mondayβs 6.30-7.30am Hot Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga class at @bikramyogaessex will be my last teaching this slot.
Iβve had a wonderful year teaching at this beautiful studio and meeting some equally wonderful people along the way. I hope very much that our mats will cross again in the future, but for the moment Iβm going to fully embrace lifeβs amazing unpredictability!
