Rachel is the best yoga teacher I have ever had. I have been attending her classes for over 12 months now and feel the benefit physically and mentally. Rachel is kind, has a calming influence and is always mindful of each individualβs ability with a helping hand if needed. Donβt hesitate to try Rachelβs classes, thoroughly recommended.
Rachel is one of the kindest people ive ever met οΏ½ I was SO nervous to come to class that I nearly backed out but she made me feel so at ease as a complete beginner, and ive not looked back since. The classes are suitable for all abilities and are held in such a calming environment you forget anyone else is around you. You can go at your own pace and she is always on hand to help if you need it. Her classes really are the best οΏ½ xxxx
