Why we should have a workout plan before deciding to do something about our body?
Because uncertainty is a big motivation killer.
After a few weeks of unproductive “workouts” like that, without plan, people very often lose motivation and eventually quit.
... What is my Advice?
Know exactly which exercises you’re going to do and for how many sets and reps. Write your plan down, what classes you want to hit, what is your goal and what you want to achieve, and refer to it frequently throughout your session so you stick to it.
You’d be surprised at how much having a plan can help to cement your exercise habit!

This was me last week 🙈🙈🙈🙈
It’s the time of year when (especially around kids and travelling on the DLR and tube)
That you can get a cold/flu and it will stop you in your path.
... Rest when you can.
Allow your body to recover
🙈🙈🙈🙈
Okay hands up .... I kept going!!
But I did increase my vitamin c.
I did take the medicine my body required.
I did slow down on training.
I did cat nap wherever I could.
The truth as much as people say ‘slow down’ it is not always possible.
What is possible is finding the balance.
Then on Monday I am back on it - starting with yoga.
It’s not about surrendering to defeat....
It’s about taking things - one step at a time!

Good afternoon!
After working with so many clients we have discovered something that may inspire you also. Having clothes specifically dedicated to working out might help to cement exercise habit! Our Member say, ’When you put on clothes you don’t associate with anything other than exercise, this “uniform” does indeed help to get into workout mode and I feel ready to go out to “battle” at the gym’.... Ever skipped lunch and grabbed a snack which you have eaten on your bed whilst still working?
Erm #guilty
Now I know how to live a healthy lifestyle and I know when to forgive myself for cutting corners!
... It’s not whether you do it...
It’s how long you do it for.
Right now my schedule is hectic!
But that’s cool because I know on Monday I will be back on plan and back training....
So many social media fitness posts perceive this requirement to always eat clean etc etc
But you are only seeing a glimpse.
To have a physique you a confident in does not mean you have to fully sacrifice in life.
It does mean you will need to make choices which may at first not be your preferred one....
But if you slip up now and again .... forgive yourself .. we all do it... we are all human.
It’s not whether you slip up... it’s how long you slip up for

Experiment to find the workout time that’s best for you! Everybody’s got different work/life schedules and different rhythms to their daily energy and motivation. Maybe you’ll love working out at lunchtime or at night. You’ll never know unless you try. Experiment with different options and see what works best for you.

Another day, another way to advise You how to cement your exercise habit.
Your mind set up plays important part here Instead of should-ing on yourself by exercising the way some magazine told you to, find something that suit you and it will be a pleasurable experience. This might take some time and experimentation. Yet, its worth it.
... For example, If you don’t like running at all, try walking. If you don’t like lifting weights, try a bodyweight program. If you don’t like working out by yourself, try joining a Fitness classes!

... Commitment to another person.
She is our regular Member, already 18 month into an exercise classes, thanks in part to her husband's support.
