New pregnancy and regular yoga classes starting in october

Taught my last pregnancy yoga class today! It's been a real pleasure teaching pregnancy yoga whilst being pregnant myself. Thanks to the lovely ladies who made it possible. I hope they have enjoyed the classes as much as I loved teaching them! Congratulations to the two who have already had their babies! Had to put a pic in of the salted caramel brownies I made for the last class! 😊😍

Zainab was amazing during my 2 pregnancy yoga courses I did with her. I have been to yoga classes on and off for 10 years and SHE IS AMAZING!!! despite being pregnant I got an amazing work out and this attributed to me having a healthy pregnancy with no muscle tension. She is professional and excellent at ensuring positions were correct and you worked to a level that suited your ability. I would recommend her for anyone looking for a good efficient yoga teacher who is not only professional but welcoming.
