I am a regular customer at Zeyara and it is the Shisha place to be with your friends or family. Their service has been incredible on every occasion. The environment is exceptionally soothing and if you through in their Ferror Roche milkshake its even more refreshing. They recognise their regular customer and never let down.

Zeyara is doing everything right and soon other Shisha places would not be able to compete with their standards.

First time here and they have nice smooth shisha and service is excellent.

It was great when you first opened, but recently as the business started growing you've started becoming arrogant, especially in the shisha area. I'm not referring to the staff, but the owner in particular. I'm in Sales, it's what I do for a living, so I know when someone is trying to upsell me. I was offered to look at shisha flavour samples, which I knew straight away were the Starbuzz and more expensive flavours. When me and my friends decided to go for the standard Al-Fakher, the owner tried very hard for us to try the more expensive flavours, this seemed very desperate and I felt sorry for him because I knew what he was trying to do. Afterwards he didn't really speak to us much and looked disappointed because we didn't spend more. Has it ever occurred to you that there will be customers who prefer the Al Fakher and it's not a choice made purely on financial reasons?

I think as a business, especially in Ilford, there's only so much of an upmarket status you can aim for, eventually it comes down to location, location, location. If you're looking to be an upmarket place then join the guys in Knightsbridge and charge people Β£30 as standard for shisha, but if you're in East London, be prepared to welcome your regulars with open arms who make the effort to visit your establishment on a regular basis, whether they spend a lot or not.

There are new shisha places opening up regularly, the competition in London is so fierce right now! There's a new one opening tomorrow called Neon Studio Lounge, not far from you! And guess what? Me and my friends have decided to take our custom there, and if the service is great, which I hope is, then we'll make that our regular place.

My comment is not to offend you, but to help you improve as you're fairly new in the business. Take it on board or not, the choice is yours. You're in a customer service business, you have to be great at it to grow your business and 99% of the time it's about how customers are made to feel. If you make me feel worthless, then I will never return. Negative experiences spread more than positive experiences.
