We absolutely love our sons new "firefighter" backpack we had made for him, I can't begin to say how perfect it is, from his little gap in his teeth to him holding his favourite toy, I also added a little extra surprise and got his daddy's firefighter number put on the badge on the helmet, nothing was too much trouble at all and I loved all the progress photos I got sent as I fell in love with it at every stage, my partner loves it and it's definitely going to be a keepsake for sure, we will certainly be ordering from you again, thank you so much it's absolutely perfect x

Zara is very accommodating...and happily edited something I asked her too! Can't wait to see my children's faces!!
